sorry for the wrong section, no not for me.. it is being honest.. cause if u read my other post i am not taking supplements. First i have to consider my diet,,,,, then intake of protein and get my workouts straight. taking that step of that would be dumb without perfecting those i said before. also for me to bring up usiing my bro trick is kinda lame and if i was i know every one would look right through that. =/ all i take as of now is creatine and protein and amino acids with mutli vitamins. with my diet of 2200 calorie a day. once i can consistantly keep my diet and workout in check then i wil resort into supplments and then think bout taking harder supplments(PH) until then one thing at a time.
