Expired Superpump 250 by 3 months, safe to use?

Ok guys I did some google-ing and searched on here but can't really find the answer I'm looking for. Is it OK to use this? Its sealed completely, and it expired july 2011. Someone help me out please!

no offense to gaspari, but if you get the runs, it's normal, it happens with sp250 and other pre-workouts
just tossing that out there
