Experienced Lifter, First H-drol run

m doing blood friday. My last H Drol i went from 558 Test before cycle to 359 Day after PCT started. It didn't really change horribly like some of the 40 and 20's ive seen. I went to 100mg on week 6 my Nuts are hanging i feel good. Im really tight everywhere im 248 today so im up 8 pounds in 6 weeks. Not bad considering i used this a s arecomp. Got my 4 abs showing no 6 yet. Those lowers are a bitch. Start Nolva Monday

Dude, that's awesome. If I run H-drol again I'm going to do your exact cycle. I'd give you more reps but it told me I need to spread some around!! Keep it up man.

got 405 on dead lift which is a PR so things are going good in PCT..
 
Also, I'm having my doc fax over the blood test results for my liver taken on Jan 12th two weeks into the cycle. He told me I was good two days later but I just decided to have her fax those over and I'll post them up.
 
H drol is so mild Liver enzymes really rarely fluctuate with Cycle support. How much of a physique change did you notice? Did your mid section tighten up? The one thing on me that drives me crazy is my chest. When i bulked from 190 to 240 i put on alot of weight in my gut and chest. My chest is big 50" but i still have unwanted fat on there. Those hot summer days man my nipples get soft and i hate that flat nipple look. I did notice a huge change in density of my muscle and i for sure have lost some BF%. I hope it continues into PCT im going to wotk twice as hard to keep shedding. Im pushing right at 18-22% BF right now.

My first go at HDrol i think i told you i convinced myself i had gyno. Man i played with my nipples so much its funny as hell looking back. It seems i always was starring at my chest, rubbing them after a set. I now know why everyone called me an idiot when i was on here posting "I think i have gyno from Hdrol". Felt like an idiot!!
 
Ok, here is my metobolic panel done on 1/12/10, two weeks into the cycle. Liver was not really effected over 5 weeks with H-drol 75/75/100/100/100 although I did load milk thistle two weeks prior and EOD during cycle so............ Your call....

My mid section did tighten up. I had photo's from 2 weeks in and at the end of the cycle and mid section is either leaner or my lats got way the **** bigger. Waist size stayed the same and evreything is dense and better looking.

Short answer, I feel leaner although I'm about 9 pounds holding heavier. Look leaner too.
 
Nice! I went into this thinking im going to drop 10lbs and get stronger. However im basically up 8lbs and my abs are showing and im up 20lbs on all my lifts. Not complaing at all.
Im going to do PCT and then im debating on a 20-30lb cut run. Depends on how well PCT goes!

It's nice to see what i mild ph has on the liver. Not many people go head and post the blood work. Did you run cycle support on top loading the milk thistle and hawthorn berry or did you just use milk thistle for liver support? I've been lurking and reading your log all the way through and it was very thorough and definitely informative. Hope the rest of PCT goes well!!
 
Nice log, Going to do a Hdrol 5wk either ending feb or begining march. how much longer till PCT is over?

Thanks man. All my supps are seperate. I bought each seperate and bulk so Milk Thistle was all I was taking for liver (and extra b-12). To be exact.

Blue Berry exctrat (which I take all year as an antioxidant)

Now I have Omega 3 as well but didn't take them often and someone pointed out to me that that's the one that would have helped my triglycerides....

to many pills, huge pain in the a$$, saved some money but my cubicle at work looks like the wall of a fu*kin Smoothie King.
 
Third week in PCT, 10mg liqhid Nolva ED.

Weight 222but I've added in H.I. cardio so it's expected. keeping calories up and trying to get as define as possible while keeping my strength.

Worked out over the weekend and Strength is standing firm. I think at 220 I'll increase calories a bit and try to recomp to as low a BF percentage as possible without losing strength. I'm thinking the begining of April if I'm good, cut and strong it will be a great time to bulk with M-drol or an M-drol epi Bridge...

Labido is fine now to FYI.
 
Only suggestion I have buddy is to add dips into your chest/tricep day.

Weighted dips if you can handle it. Nothing quite like them for bombing the triceps back to the stone age. ;)

Burnout at the end of the workout works great but if you're lifting hard on flat bench you might find yourself unable to complete much in the way of weighted dips. If you can push weighted dips drop set them to absolute failure. I get the most awesome (borderline agonizing) pumps when I do this.

Occasionally I'll mix it up though and hit weighted dips and then follow that up with flat bench to failure. Remember if you aren't already using dips that your body position makes a big difference in which area you're hitting. Keeping your body upright focuses on your triceps, leaning forward while dipping focuses in on your chest.

Thanks for the feedback. I've been on the same routine for almost 2 straight months so it's about time I switch some things around anyway..
 
Looked like a successful run also one question why do you do SLDL on back day or it seems it's SLDL i assume "stiff" means straight leg and SLDL works hams but (but I feel the burn in the back too if that's the reason you do it)

Good Questions. I didn't document it but I I strted to do a pyramid with dead lifts. going up I would do standard deads and then do stiff leg on the way back down. when up on the step keeping stiff legs and not touching the ground in a slow motion I've had HUGE success on tone/strength in my middle back. Without them I don't get the sore "I can barley do a hyperextension" feeling. It works for me. Plus, hard for me to get my ham's sore. right now I hit them on leg day with curls and back day (a day apart).

In a couple weeks when I switch things Up I will do squats SLDL and leg curls in the same workout.

Slowly go down, don't touch the floor and explode back up and lean back deep and it works the fu*ck out of my back.

and FYI, when I got 405 at the top of my pyramid the other day (and yesterday) it was not stiff leg :439:
 
Sounds sick man I might have to give that a shot! Gunna run halovar in summer which is basically an hdrol clone so this gave me some good insight thanks!
