It didn't fit on the PDF for some reason but BP was 128/74
m doing blood friday. My last H Drol i went from 558 Test before cycle to 359 Day after PCT started. It didn't really change horribly like some of the 40 and 20's ive seen. I went to 100mg on week 6 my Nuts are hanging i feel good. Im really tight everywhere im 248 today so im up 8 pounds in 6 weeks. Not bad considering i used this a s arecomp. Got my 4 abs showing no 6 yet. Those lowers are a bitch. Start Nolva Monday
H drol is so mild Liver enzymes really rarely fluctuate with Cycle support. How much of a physique change did you notice? Did your mid section tighten up? The one thing on me that drives me crazy is my chest. When i bulked from 190 to 240 i put on alot of weight in my gut and chest. My chest is big 50" but i still have unwanted fat on there. Those hot summer days man my nipples get soft and i hate that flat nipple look. I did notice a huge change in density of my muscle and i for sure have lost some BF%. I hope it continues into PCT im going to wotk twice as hard to keep shedding. Im pushing right at 18-22% BF right now.
My first go at HDrol i think i told you i convinced myself i had gyno. Man i played with my nipples so much its funny as hell looking back. It seems i always was starring at my chest, rubbing them after a set. I now know why everyone called me an idiot when i was on here posting "I think i have gyno from Hdrol". Felt like an idiot!!
Ok, here is my metobolic panel done on 1/12/10, two weeks into the cycle. Liver was not really effected over 5 weeks with H-drol 75/75/100/100/100 although I did load milk thistle two weeks prior and EOD during cycle so............ Your call....
It's nice to see what i mild ph has on the liver. Not many people go head and post the blood work. Did you run cycle support on top loading the milk thistle and hawthorn berry or did you just use milk thistle for liver support? I've been lurking and reading your log all the way through and it was very thorough and definitely informative. Hope the rest of PCT goes well!!

Only suggestion I have buddy is to add dips into your chest/tricep day.
Weighted dips if you can handle it. Nothing quite like them for bombing the triceps back to the stone age.![]()

Burnout at the end of the workout works great but if you're lifting hard on flat bench you might find yourself unable to complete much in the way of weighted dips. If you can push weighted dips drop set them to absolute failure. I get the most awesome (borderline agonizing) pumps when I do this.
Occasionally I'll mix it up though and hit weighted dips and then follow that up with flat bench to failure. Remember if you aren't already using dips that your body position makes a big difference in which area you're hitting. Keeping your body upright focuses on your triceps, leaning forward while dipping focuses in on your chest.

Looked like a successful run also one question why do you do SLDL on back day or it seems it's SLDL i assume "stiff" means straight leg and SLDL works hams but (but I feel the burn in the back too if that's the reason you do it)

Sounds sick man I might have to give that a shot! Gunna run halovar in summer which is basically an hdrol clone so this gave me some good insight thanks!
