Experience with x-gels

So I'm looking for a few goodies to run when I'm done with my current cycle (500mg test, 400 mg EQ).

I will obviously do a standard pct, but I'm looking for a little edge in between cycles.

I have ostarine and LGD on hand, however I feel they may be a little too supressive...thus defeating the purpose of taking a break between the mild cycles I run.

So far I'm thinking:

X-gels
DAA
Creatine of course (take that year round)
Was thinking of doing IGF...but don't feel like putting out the cash for it lol
Maybe OSTA?

Obviously, as the title of the thread insinuates, I was hoping to get some feed back on X-gels in particular - dose, results, sides, etc.

I would also be interested to hear what some of the other guys who cycle on and off do in between cycles for an extra kick ;)

Don't run osta. It's too suppressive for PCT. X-gels is a good option. Dose 1-1.5g about 30-45 min pwo on workout days. Should give you nice fullness, a pump (unless you're really carb depleted) and will help keep strength up. Biggest side is inflammation (which is what contributes to growth). Some people can't handle it. I never had a major issue. Make sure you dose fish oil, NSAIDs, and any other anti-inflammatories far away from your X-Gels dose (like 6-8 hours). Another good choice would be an (-)epi product like Follidrone or Ep1c Unleashed. Will help with endurance and recovery
 
No problem. They aren't anabolic. Search the forum for Follidrone and Ep1c Unleashed. You'll find all the info you're looking for

Run an (-)epi product like Ep1c Unleashed or Follidrone and X gels or X Factor.

I got pretty bad doms the first week from x gels but was good after that. I know some people that had doms the whole time...due to the increased inflammation effects

I read up on it, sounds pretty interesting...increasing follistatin. Also sounds almost too good to be true lol...there have been a number of supplements and drugs out there in the past claiming myostatin inhibition that certainly did not deliver.
 
Tons of great feedback on (-)-Epicatechin. There are some out there that don't respond to it, but by and large it is a very effective natural anabolic. I suggest Follidrone. Another thought for an anabolic boost between cycles is our AI, Letrone. It potentiates Ghrelin release which is great for bulking. It also lowers estrogen very effectively and potentiates GH, IGF, cAMP, T3, and T4 levels. Very anabolic AI and good for bulking. Another very highly reviewed product. I can link you to logs and such if you want.

Honestly didn't get much from x-gels, not trying to rip on them but it just didn't do anything for me. I think I got like 1 day where I felt an unusual pump but it could have been what I ate prior
 
Cant go wrong with xgels.theres a guide on here somewhere.really good product considering it doesnt screw with your hormones
 
Between Xgels and an epi product, you wont need much else. Except soy lecithin granules :D

Xgels with SL is a cost effective stack :)
 
I would actually run X gels in PCT, starting a week before PCT so it really starts kicking in when you're in PCT. X gels + SL is an insane combo and will make you feel almost as full are you are on cycle.
