T-14 days and counting...

Okay! In exactly two weeks, I will be starting a cycle of X-Mass, Phera-Plex, with Dermacrine as a base and Sustain Alpha on my off training days (Saturday and Sunday). The dosages will be as follows:

Week 1: 2 X-Mass/20 mg Phera-Plex

Week 2: 2 X-Mass/30 mg Phera-Plex

Week 3: 2 X-Mass/30 mg Phera-Plex/10 mg SD

Week 4: 3 X-Mass/20 mg SD

Week 5: 3 X-Mass/20-30 mg SD

These dosages will be taken every day. Dermacrine will be run on training days (Monday-Friday). Sustain Alpha will be run on Saturday and Sunday and during PCT. My girlfriend gave me $600 to spend on supps for this cycle (a late birthday present), and I have almost everything covered. However, I wish I had a connect to try Dianabol or some other real s h i t.

Anyway, today I start by pre-loading Cycle Support and Hawthorn Berry for two weeks before starting such a heavy cycle. It's probably a VERY good idea, to say the least. Other supps to be used during this cycle are:

Creatine, glutamine, Super Cissus-Rx, Animal Pak (Multi-Vitamin), Animal Nitro, ON Whey Protein, ON Casein (before bed), ON Nitro Core (between meals), ON Pro Complex (upon waking), ON 2:1:1 Recovery (after workouts), BCAAs, Glucosamine/Chondriotin, T-Bol by ThermoLife in case the Dermacrine by itself isn't sufficient, and, of course, AX Perfect Cycle. I also have p5p for prolactin control, since X-Mass is a progestin...I'm just not sure what the dosage should be for that. I also purchased a couple of supps for future stacks, such as Methadrol and Bold by I Force. I will also be using Prime during/after PCT.

Fire away...I'm gonna need all the help I can get with this, and I will DEFINITELY post a log. :afro:
 
I probably should, but I'm still trying to decide. If I do, I'll be going with Toremifene (can you say, "research chemicals"?). But I'm also considering just giving the Primordial Performance stack a try. PCT will also include Post Cycle Support, Lean Xtreme, I3C, etc. I'm just looking for some help with the dosages.
 
I think a serm is probably a good idea for PCT, that's a lot of compounds. At first i was worried about the volume of compounds you have there, but then i saw your weight! Looks like you'll be adding some serious strength.

Sorry to sound like such a ROOKIE, but I don't want to make the same mistake I made a year and some months ago when I gained 16 lbs on my first stack (SD+PP+ZOL), but then lost almost all of it due to improper PCT (OK, I didn't do ANY PCT!). Damn, I was huge! Oh, yeah, I gotta go to the Vitamin Store in the morning and get some Taurine! I'm sure I'm gonna need it for the back pumps! Also, what amount of the Hawthorn Berry should be taken (especially since it's already in the Cycle Support)?

Yeah, she's good...but you're giving her a little TOO MUCH credit. This is more of a make-up thing (she made a screw-up that I won't get into). I mean, I'll give her credit, but I'd much rather you do something because you were thinking of me, not just 'cause you're trying to keep me from leaving. I guess that's why I keep more than one.:hammer:

Thank you very much for the well-wishes...but how much Tamoxifen and how much Hawthorn Berry should be used? I took three capsules of HB yesterday in addition to the Cycle Support.

No need for any extra hawthorne berry Cycle Support has enough. Nolva I would go 40/40/20/20 or 40/30/20/10

I got the 2 bottles of Dermacrine and the one bottle of Sustain Alpha by Fed Ex today (thanks, NP!). Awww, S H I T!!
Things are lookin' sa-WEET!! I've been out of the gym for a couple of months, so my poundages for my first couple of workouts have SUCKED!!! All good, tho'...with this cycle, I should gain back all my previous strength, plus change. I also placed an order for Tamoxifen (thanks, pembroke) for, um, "research." Bwahahahaha!!! Just looking at my stack makes me itchy...but I gotta wait and do this right.
 
T-12 Days!!!

Just trying to get everything in check. Diet, etc. I made some chicken stir-fry but left out a lot of the seasonings that I would usually use. I did use some sesame oil, though...it was OK. I'm drinking a lot more water, too. By the way, the Cycle Support has quite an aftertaste in the shakes. It's definitely gonna take some getting used to. Oh, well...

Question: I know you can use Dermacrine and Sustain Alpha on your scrotum, but do you have to shave your sack first? Just asking (I can see you guys laughing now!). Please let me know before I shave my balls and then look like I either have crabs or am doing a "crackhead dance." :fool2:
 
T-10 Days!!

Sorry I didn't write yesterday. My father passed away the other night and I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off. It's funny, I'm the "black sheep" of the family, but when s h i t goes wrong, everybody calls ME. The man isn't even in the ground yet and the "vultures" are already out, talking about which possessions they want. But no one wants to help pay for the funeral! Typical! Anyway, I had to get away from them, so I went to the gym and had a decent workout. It's amazing what you can accomplish with a bit of focus. Oh, well, the thought of my upcoming stack is providing a much-needed distraction! Unfortunately, part of life is death. Until tomorrow...83:afro:
 
Day 1: Let's Get it On!!!

OK, I had one HELL of a weekend, especially yesterday...more on that later...

I knew I wasn't gonna be able to work out today (I had that damned JURY DUTY No,I didn't get picked--something about hating cops and all criminals don't deserve a fair trial, they should be executed without fail. Works every time.). I also work the "graveyard shift," 11pm-7am, so taking the supps/food is gonna be kind of tricky. Feel free to chime in with suggestions. I decided on doing it like this: Dermacrine at 7 or 8pm after my shower when I wake up, since I work Monday night through Friday night (or, techinically, Tuesday morning through Saturday morning). I'm going to have to "space" my meals out throughout the night, as opposed to trying to wake up every couple of hours throughout the day to eat after getting home from working out, which I do right after I get off of work at 7 am. I will also take one dose of the X-Mass and Phera-Plex before going to work with a shake and EVOO, and 1 dose before I leave work and get ready for the gym (about 6:30-6:45, an hour before I get to the gym). Saturday and Sunday, I'll just take the Sustain Alpha when I get home from work after showering, since i won't be working out on those two days (well, I will this coming Saturday, to make up for today).

Now, this is where my weekend ties in (and I will respect all opinions):
Since I am a former NFL tight end for the Eagles, I still "dress" on Game Day (whatever color jersey the team is wearing, socks, wristbands on the elbows, arm sleeves, and I even managed to get one pair each of the game pants, which you can't buy), because I am still a huge fan and I do this to get myself into the "spirit" of the game. I'm moody by nature and I know to a degree that the supps will amplify this, so I will attempt to keep a tight lid on my temper...which isn't easy. There is a sports bar I frequent to watch most of the games which has mostly Birds fans, but when the Steelers are playing, they somehow take over the bar, which is crazy. I mean, we live in Philly, but you find a lot of Steelers and --ugh-- COWGIRLS (I mean Cowboys) fans. What the ****?!!? I don't drink, but of course, in a sports bar, you find plenty of people who do. I ususlly sit by myself, and I get there early to get the seat I want. Yesterday, there were two girls who came in and promplty got drunk--and that's putting it mildly. Whenever they walked by me, they kept smacking me with their pocketbooks. I let this go a couple of times, then I politely asked them to please be more careful, a reasonable request. Then they started walking past and being sarcastic, which I also ignored. One decides she doesn't like the fact that I'm not paying her any attention like the couple guys at the table next to me, and starts talking to me, even though I made it clear that I wasn't interested in conversing with her or even being bothered with her. She also begins touching me, which I told her in no uncertain terms to stop. She then wants to go into a diatribe about why I don't want to talk to her and all this other s h i t. To top it off, the one with her is calling me an a$$hole and all these other unflattering names. Now I'm getting mad. I told the instigating one to f*ck off, and take your annoying girlfriend with you. The one craving atttention makes the mistake of grabbing my arm, so I shoved her away (not hard, but enough to let her know I meant business). The other one decides she's brave, and gets in my face. I smiled and told her that it would probably be a good idea to back the **** up. I also turned to the other table and told the guys that if the two girls were with them, they'd better get them before there was trouble. One of the guys gets "beer muscles" and decides he wants to talk s h i t, saying things like, "You were on the Eagles' practice squad, so you're obviously a failure...let it go. I make more money than you, and I'm smarter than you," and so forth. After I finished laughing at him, I retorted, "Well, if you make so much more money than me, why are you at a sports bar instead of at the game? Furthermore, I'm bigger than you, I'm better looking than you, my **** is probably bigger, and the girls you're buying beers for are sweating ME...and you were probably the last one picked when it came time for pickup sports. And if you want me out of here, put me out. Better yet, let's go outside and handle this...that is, if you're not a PUSSY!" Of course, he wouldn't. even admitting that he wouild get killed, but talked s h i t from a distance...a wise choice. Then they went over to the manager, complained and only told him half the story. So the manager comes over to me complaining that they're spending $200 and I'm making them uncomfortable. So I calmly asked him a few things and pointed out a few others, which finally got him off my back:

1) If I were a woman and they were guys harassing and touching me, wouldn't you have told them to leave, no matter how much they had spent? Of course.

2) If I come in with three black guys next week and we spend $200-$300 like you claim they did (they were white and that shouldn't make a difference), does that make me any better than someone who is a REGULAR?

3) I've been coming here for two seasons and no one else has had a complaint about me, so what should that tell you?

4) Are you telling me to leave and/or not come back? Of course he said no, because I would have sued his ass. But, as I pointed out to him, if I tell someone that I don't want to be bothered, that should be the end of it. I do have that right.

I'll report back in the morning after my workout...but I do want your opinions on this.

Day 2: Arrrrrrgh!!!

Worked chest and tris this morning. Strength, as expected, was NOT THERE, especially after a long layoff. I dosed the supps as follows:

Last night (8pm): 5 pumps Dermacrine, 10 mg PP, 1 X-Mass with ON Nitro Core shake with 5g glutamine and 5g BCAAs, glucosemine/MSM, Super Cissus-Rx, Taurine.

Meal (11:30pm): turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat bread, Nitro Core shake, Cycle Support, walnuts, Animal Pak, water, cranberry-apple juice

Meal 2 (2am): Nitro Core shake, turkey and cheese sandwich, water

Meal 3 (4am): 1 chicken breast, broccoli, spaghetti w/marinara sauce, water

Meal 4 (6:30 am): ON Pro Complex Shake w/creatine, glutamine, BCAAs, Animal Pak, applesauce, water, 10 mg PP, 1X-Mass, Taurine

Pre-Workout: 1 Animal Nitro Pak, water

Workout Drink: 40g Waxymaize, creatine, glutamine, BCAAs

Post-Workout Drink: 2 scoops ON 2:1:1 Recovery, 1 scoop Whey, creatine, glutamine, BCAAs.

Before I go to bed I will have: 5 scrambled eggs, ON Casein shake in milk with Cycle Support., Super Cissus-Rx.

Pros: Good pump, getting the "feel" of the weights back.

Cons: I'm sore as hell, little strength, a little stomach discomfort from the BCAAs and creatine (I expected this), a little bit more irritability than normal (if that's possible!).:aargh:

Oh, yeah...official starting weight: 319.75 lbs.
 
Day 3: Okayyyy...

8:30 pm: 4 scrambled eggs, water

11:30 pm: ON Nitro Core, walnuts, water

2am: Turkey and cheese on wheat bread, Animal Pak, water

4am: Beef, steamed broccoli, rice, water

6:30 am: ON Pro Complex w/ creatine, glutamine, BCAAs, apple, 10 mg PP, 1 X-Mass, P5P, Taurine,Super Cissus-Rx, Glucosamine/MSM, water

During Workout (7:45am): Waxymaize w/ creatine, glutamine, BCAAs, Animal Nitro

Postworkout: 2 scoops ON 2:1:1 Recovery, 1 scoop Whey Protein, creatine, glutamine, BCAAs

Upon Arriving Home: 5 scrambled eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 1% milk, water

12pm (woke up): 1 1/2 scoop ON Casein Protein in 1% Milk with EVOO and Cycle Support.

No sides to speak of yet, but I have had wood throughout the day and upon waking, so it may be the Dermacrine. Mood is OK. Not ready to kill anyone just yet, although when this guy on the trolley this morning made a smart-ass comment about my Eagles jersey (he leaned in close to me and said, "Don't you know that this is Dallas Cowboys town now?"), I glared at him, asked him if he knew me and why was he talking to me? He quickly apologized and left me the f u c k alone. Wise choice on his part.
 
Day 4

Today was NOT a good day...I have had this banging headache all day long. So much, in fact, that I am not going to work tonight. I'm going to stay home and rest. Workout sucked today, obviously I didn't want to be there. But I stuck it out, and I'm glad I did. Meals and supplement protocol remained pretty mucn the same, only some of the foods changed. For example, at meal 3 I had two salmon fillets grilled with sesame oil, rice and string beans. A George Foreman grill is a great thing. Libido is OK...with the help of Rize 2. One of the GFs came over and, um, attempted to, um, help me relax. Five weeks on all this s h i t, I'm DEFINITELY gonna need a penis lifter. That's all right, I've got FIVE BOTTLES of that stuff. I haven't noticed any strength increases or anything like that, but I remember the first time I used PP, the gains really didn't kick in until like the second week. So we'll see. The real test will be my mood this weekend when I go to watch the Eagles game...I'll seriously have to keep my temper in check; I don't think you can take supplements in JAIL!:toofunny: Worked legs and calves today.
 
Day 9-Whoooo!

Today was a little different---I finally started to feel "ON" just a bit--and it was welcome! I had plenty of energy during my workout, and the weights seemed to be just a bit light...progress! No real change in my bodyweight so far, but I saw someone whom I hadn't seen in a few weeks as I was leaving the gym, and he stopped, looked at me for a few seconds, and said..."Okay...what are you on?" I played dumb, of course, and reminded him that I was pumped because I had just finished my workout. "No," he said, "I've seen you plenty of times right after you've worked out. Not once have you ever looked like THIS!" I just laughed it off and told him that I wasn't taking anything illegal or banned (okay, so I LIED...SO WHAT!). The Dermacrine seems to have me in a good mood (well. a good mood for ME--I'm still an *******). No sides to speak of yet--no shrinkage, lethargy, or back pumps yet. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Dosage has been upped to 30 mg of PP per day. Will check in tomorrow. :afro:
 
Day 12: Honey, I Shrunk My Balls!

OK...I guess I am OFFICIALLY shut down. That X-Mass must get you fast...although I can't say that I wasn't warned. Anyway, I was having some "fun" with this girl when she was blowing me, went down to kiss the "cheeseburgers" and said, "What happened to your balls?" I had to play it off and tell her that she could "blow them back up," everything went well without incident (thanks, Rize 2!). When I took a look after she left, I was like, "Damn...she ain't kidding!"

On the positive side, strength is steadily going up...pumps are more intense and longer lasting. People are comimenting that I look bigger and a little more defined, but I don't see that, at least not yet, anyway. If anything, it's probably glycogen retention. So we'll see. I've also switched to a new workout routine I found in an old issue of Flex magazine. I like it!
 
Day 21: Holy S h i t!!!

Was it just a few days ago that I was upset/skeptical because I hadn't gained any weight yet and I didn't believe people who were telling me that I was gettting bigger? Silly, impatient me...

I got on the scale this morning at the gym after my workout and it told me: 324.5 lbs! Wow! Up almost 5 lbs! This stack kicks better ass than I thought! Strength is going up too! Okay...I might be on to something here.

Sides: Libido is down some, I can look at a chica now and not automatically want to bone her. But I still won't turn down a blowjob! Slight lethargy, no pumps yet (knock on wood). Having preloaded with taurine seems to have taken care of that, because on my first cycle, the pumps were a motherf*cker! Angry as usual, but that's nothing new. When people piss me off, I just tell myself to chill, and I get up and walk away, if necessary. When I do this, I haven't found anyone stupid enough to follow me...yet. For their sake, I hope that never happens. Still getting used to eating at night at work...mostly shakes, one big meal and several small meals. Stay tuned. This isn't over yet, by far. The Sustain Alpha on the weekends seems to make me horny.
 
Day 24: WTF?!!

OK, now I'm a little concerned...I got on the scale this morning at the gym, and it read: 328.5 lbs! Should I be happy or scared? I've gained a tiny bit of fat, but I definitely look bigger. This can't all be muscle, but damn! But the comments I'm getting wherever I go are telling me that SOMETHING'S happening! And, to be honest, my diet is VERY loose on the weekends, because I'm going to eat whatever I want on Sat and Sun, so...oh well. Can't be at or watching the Eagles game eating canned tuna and pineapples! The compounds definitely have an effect on strength, because, admittedly, I'm coming back from a LOOOONG layoff---and my strength NEVER comes back this fast, this fierce!

Sides: A little bit of lethargy, no pumps yet, but I killed my libido...if it weren't for the Rize 2, I doubt I'd be able to get it up! Plus, I have NO tolerance for the "female b u l l s h i t." I had some girl over yesterday, she knows how I like to get blown, but she was ****ing around. So I said, "Look...either do it right or get the F U C K out!" She finally got the hint, did it right (cuz my d*ck wasn't responding to her at first), I whizzed in her mouth, ate her coochie in return and still put her out. I mean, she just got on my damn nerves. Then again, EVERYBODY gets on my nerves lately. Called out of work last night (I just didn't feel like going) and watched my Philles win Game 1 of the World Series! We're gonna win it in five! So, except for the libido issues (which will be resolved in PCT with the Three Kings Stack Trip is using), I'm pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of this stack. My goal is about 335-338 before pct. Then my next stack will probably be some sort of recomp to get rid of some fat. I'll definitely need help with that. :afro:
 
Day 28

Started the Superdrol today. Oh, joy...yes, I'm being sarcastic. Temper is at an all-time pissed-off high. I screamed at this girl after she came over yesterday because she talks too gotdamn much and the pussy shot ain't worth all the bullsh*t I had to listen to. So I basically told her to get dressed and get the f*ck out after I busted two nuts. Besides, she was running her mouth as I was trying to watch the Phillies game. Met another chick at the gym this morning but I quickly shut that sh*t down after she wasn't trying to give up any ass. That's right, gotdammit, if you ain't trying to f*ck, then I'm not interested. Besides, she came up to me first, commented on my size and asked if I still played pro football because I had on my NFL Equipment compression shirt, Eagles shorts, and wristbands on my elbows as well as the game gloves to train in. Oh, well...

Today's weight is 327 lbs. Slight calf pumps when I walk short distances, but would be far worse if I wasn't using Taurine. Appetite is up and down, I can be hungry as hell at times, even if I've just eaten, or I can be NOT hungry even if I haven't eaten for three or four hours. Lethargy at times, but I'm having trouble differentiating between it being that, or just being sleepy because I work at night. Strength still steadily coming back. The workout I'm using from FLEX magazine is an ass-kicker! I'm TOTALLY drained when I finish!But I can't argue with the results! Somehow, when I use Sustain Alpha on the weekends instead of Dermacrine, I feel more horny. I guess PP is on to something here, even though it smells like salad dressing. Will check in tomorrow! :afro:

Day 32

The lethargy is kickin' my ass...I have a hard time staying awake at work at night and have to eat extra carbs, dirnk an energy drink or two and still find a way to sneak in a nap...not easy, but I manage. Strength not all the way back on some exercises, but I understand that it takes a while. Appetite still up and down, no surprise there...for those of you who are following along just for the female episides, here is another doozy for you:

The one I mentioned who has "mouth diarrhea" is back, and I stupidly accepted her offer yesterday to buy some groceries for me. She also wants to do all these other things for me and spoil me (she's a nurse, so she's paid). She got mad when I told her that I just wanted to remain her friend (with benefits, of course). Now, the ***** knows that I already have a girlfriend, who, by the way, is coming over tomorrow night. If I'm f*cking around on my girlfriend with YOU, why would you want to be with me? It's bad enough that this girl lives close by and could, conceivably, mess up my good thing with my GF. She got the "hint" and told me that she wasn't giving me any more pussy because she doesn't know who else I'm f--king. And...? You think that's gonna stop me?
