So, it looks like Sparta is the only one “logging” this per se. I know @dsade has put a lot of time and hours of research into this topical, may as well help him.

I’ve got six bottles of “Hung” (from my understanding this name isn’t final) so this could be a longer log? Anyhow, I’ve never jelqued, stretched, used a pump or extender before. I went ahead a bought the quick extender pro and bath mate pump.

I have the extender but waiting for the pump to arrive.

Day 1
2 squirts hung while in extender
Max tension extender 1 hour

Day 2
2 squirts hung while in extender
Max tension in extender for 3 hours

Day 3
3 squirts hung just before applying extender (will likely do this from now on. Let it dry some before putting device on)
Max tension in extender for 4 hours

Day 4 ( today )
2 squirts hung applied before extender (let it absorb)
Max tension in extender for two four hour sessions.

Day 5 & 6 will be off because I’ll be on shift and am not taking all this stuff with me.

Nothing to notice yet with the exception that my loads are a lot bigger.

I’m taking weekly measurements (length and girth)

Once my bath mate comes in I’ll pump 5-10 minutes in the AM and 5-10 minutes in the PM.

Yesterday and today are off days from the devices.

Applied two squirts hung yesterday morning. Nothing today.

Flaccid is definitely longer (although Idc about that) maybe slightly more girth as well.

14 days in. Nothing really notable with the exception that flaccid is longer. Also, my peen feels more pliable? Load are still huge..

I’ll measure at the 28 day mark.

Wearing the extender for max tension still for at minimum two hours a day, use the bath mate for 5-8min while showering and at night a cheap air pump (5-8min) that they sent me when I bought the extender.

@dsade has thrown countless hours/research into this product. He believes in it 100% so there’s a handful of us logging it for him as feedback (like anything else on the forum). If it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work and I’m out a few hundred dollars (extender, pump and supplement). I’m above average now so if I can add a lil bit, why not?

worst case scenario, you use the pump presex for fatter girth and better erection haha

Yeah, inconvenient. Haven’t measured, the only thing I’ve noticed is flaccid is definitely longer, erection wise; *appears* to be the same, maybe a little more girther. I’ll measure at 30 days and 60 days (currently at 21 days, started November second.)

Not yet. Last four days I’ve been down with either the flu or Covid. Currently sitting at the ER :/

Got the Flu. So that sucks. Feel like poo

I’ve been rotating between bathmate and air pump but with the air pump I keep the gauge between 5-7 for pressure. Been at three sets of six minutes and still wearing the extender daily for 1-2hrs at max tension (flaccid stretched PAST erection length).

Once I feel “normal” I’ll measure.

I will measure Monday morning that’ll be 48 days since starting. However, I extend and pump four days then take two full days off. So, technically 36 days of hung and PE work.

Again, I’ve been:

Pumping 27min @7hg (gradually building to a half hour @7hg)
Extending at max tension two-four hours a day
Apply hung (2-4 squirts)

I bought an air pump with a gauge. Only use the bathmate if I decide to take a bath lol

Depends. I use a vac extender and stretch to 108% for at a minimum of two hours a day. Been interval pumping for 30-45min a day and will do base pulls every time I take a leak.
