The keto induce dose is almost a gram of salt. Not sure if its the same, but salt and carbs together for me equal bloat... Maybe even thouhh your still in ketosis once you take the dose your body still holds water based off the carbs and sodium?

I don't know a huge number of people that actually "bloat" from sodium intake alone, despite the myth that persisted for decades.

Idk. Maybe its placebo but i swear it happens to me, i might be delusional though lol. On the flipside if im on keto and i dont get enough salt ill go flat as a board. Just throwing it out there...
 
I'll be honest...I'm also getting this yellow gum like substance almost everytime. Just mixing it with water. I know someone mentioned this also. Any thoughts.

The formula is hygroscopic and picking up ambient moisture. I've ordered the dessicant packs for the product to help prevent this.

Finally had some money I didn't mind losing so took the risk on delivery to UK.
Do you guys ship out daily ?

Paid for the most expensive delivery option so fingers crossed I'll recieve this next week all though still showing on shopify as unfullfilled ��

I was home sick the past 2 days.

Your order was sent, but I actually had 2 Express orders and they both crashed the shipping module. I had to key in your shipping information by hand at the post office website.
 
Hi. Late to the party but I tried KetoInduce for the first time last night and awoke at 130 am and couldn't fall back to sleep. I'm sorry if this was addressed before ( but this thread has >900 posts and I can't read them all :/ ) but is sleeplessness a common side?? Thank you.

We've only had a couple of reports. It doesn't seem like a common side effect. Most report deeper sleep.
 
I have another question. Again, sorry if elementary or if it's already been addressed: if I follow a tkd, eating only an Oh Yeah! One! bar about 30 minutes pre(11:30), could I take KI after training, say 1:30-2:00 to get back into ketosis? I'm asking because taking at night keeps me awake all night. This would be ideal for me. Thank you.
 
I'm enjoying KI.
Following a keto diet, carb up anytime after 7 days.
Got Ki a few days ago so used it twice now. Carbed up with about 400 grams, finished last meal at 6pm, took ki before bed about 11pm and woke up with a purple stick in the morning.
I'll most likely be using this for the day I carb up and the following day so each tub will last quite awhile as that's 6 to 8 scoops per month.

Flavour sucks, added abit more water the second night with cold water and it was quite refreshing so i'll be using about 700ml of water.

Powder had clumped but then its a hard stuff to keep dry, nothing that a bash of the scoop cant fix to break it up and I wonder what the clumps will look like when this tub is half way used in a few month. with more moisture taken onboard.

The bottle I have here at the house has been opened for months. I don't see much, if any, oxidation.

Mine is one big chunk. Has been since day 1. I try to break it down to dose properly but it doesn't want to return to a powder, just smaller chunks. :/

Mine is just one giant chunk too. I need a spoon to gash at it to get it 'powdery'

Negative

I've been getting a solid rush pre workout and sweating much more in workout since doing this. Also noticing better fullness which makes sense since the body uses the ketones and spares whatever glycogen may be present which isn't much. I'm eventually gonan add a weekly or ever other week carb up once it gets a little further into the fall at which point I'll probably use a full serving at bed as label directions state
 
carb up night, this will be my 3rd weekend on keto, I've dabbled in and out of keto for a few years now so I know what does and what doesn't work for me.
What I do know is Ki is well worth it to help jump straight back into keto without loss of energy, I still feel abit strange but energy levels are up without a doubt the following day but then I have also been having a scoop and a cap of Brain octane soon as I wake up, last week it was a ketone frenzy :)
Its expensive stuff but well worth the £4/6 a week as I only really use it for around 10 hours a week.
I did use it for a few days back to back when I 1st received the tubs just to help make sure I transitioned smoothly but now that times passed I think refeeds is where its at for me considering I'm following a fat and meat diet id get nothing out of nightly use.
 
Three questions, with no urgency. Would taking MCT oil with ketoinduce help raise ketone levels at all? Or would taking McT oil 1-2 hours after ketoinduce help raise ketone levels? Would taking ketoinduce while already in a Ketogenic Diet be redundant or beneficial?

I will let other chime in on the MCT but my goodness... taking it pre workout while already keto is something else man. Highly suggest starting half a scoop pre workout

I actually cannot legally answer your question, as it would encourage violation of an existing patent on mixing MCT with Ketones.

It's a tight line, but I think he phrased his question well that you may be able to avoid patent violation.

Can't say I blame you for not wanting to walk on a tight rope over a lake of crocodiles though. Lol

I have what looks like new ally in the industry with a working strategy to get EvoMuse products completely restocked, pricing dialed in, an exponentially increased presence in the EU allowing all of my brothers and sisters across the pond better access to the best products on the planet, and foot rubs every other Friday.

Within 3-5 months my goal is to never have another thread/post asking "So when do you expect "x" to be restocked?"

In the end, the true value of EvoMuse isn't on a piece of paper - it's inside of my head. My intellectual property is protected both directly, and by the fact that most companies are too greedy to copy my products and put up with 15% profit margins. Most companies want $5 formulas that they try to convince you you should pay $49.99 for.

So true. I have dealt with several company owners who brag about the low cost of their ingredients (low quality) and the massive profit margin. It's scary really. As consumers it is paramount to educate ourselves and each other not only for our health and safety but for the safety of our finances

Jesus that comes across as pedantic and meglomaniacal...but again, I'll look it back over in the morning. It's time for getting some rest. I'm going in tomorrow to knock out that Skyn Fyrm formula finally and get the Inure-Eeze upgrade ready to go for Monday morning.

Yep, hoping to have them up on Monday.

I've also had some pretty urgent requests to get the Flawless DFH betas out asap. Apparently Winter makes peripheral neuropathy a whole lot worse, so I'll be trying to secure the rest of the ingredients by the end of the week and out the week after.
