I prefer taking it at Lunch and eating 30-45 minutes later. I also drink a fiber drink at supper but I didn’t change that from my routine except for when I forget which has been a couple times. I think that fiber really amplifies the fullness feeling when paired with it more so than without it. I have went down to 1/2 a serving of the fiber supplement.I must be a rare non-responder to this. Currently on Day 10, I've been taking two caps first thing in the morning per directions and I am getting zero appetite suppression.
I also wanted to note that I seem to have diarrhea or very loose stools much more frequently. It is not a big problem at the moment just something I have noted.Finished my first bottle. Appetite suppression is still there but not as strong as before. I have dropped 6lbs over the first bottle without changing much besides less snacking at night because I don’t feel the need. The snacking I do are these little healthy nut things or pistachios that satisfy me.
You could do a severe carb restriction and treT this like a refeed.What is an appropriate strategy for cheat meals when using Exemplar? My wife is a week and a bit into Exemplar and we will be attending an Easter dinner in about a week's time. Would it be suitable to skip the Exemplar dose on the day of the cheat to allow a little more indulgence? I have Defuse and DCP on hand to utilize with the dinner.
The first month was awesome for appetite suppressant. The second month not as much. I took 3 days off and tried it again and it was better for a few days but hasn’t been the same. I am taking the next month off and may hop back on then. I also noticed that when I don’t eat as healthy, I have diarrhea more. I have been researching GLP and have seen that is a common side effect when you eat crapier. Isn’t that normal though? lolAny more reviews guys?
