EvoMuse MyoSynergy

Sure doesn't say otherwise either. Edit: in any case if not then don't take the supp? Can't see how it's so hard to appreciate a supplement doing what it's purported to do. For that matter don't take whey either.

Because the supp can help with strength gains? and because he's a strength athlete? I don't give a **** how my body is, and I didn't want to lose nor gain size. I took it strictly for strength gains.

Tough luck there - maybe you should have tried a supplement that didn't have "muscle building" in the first sentence of a description.

It says he doesn't want to gain weight for performance related reasons which makes him not doing it for BBing a pretty safe assumption.

Tough luck? Building muscle plays a role in strength training. Someone doesn't HAVE to be "bulking" or "cutting" to use a supplement.

And expect weight gain with muscle building! That's what I'm trying to say. Use a supplement, but which one exactly depends on your goals. If you're looking for strength gains without increases in muscle mass, look for something that's designed along those lines, not one that advertises "muscle building" as the primary effect front and center on the description.

You're saying because it says "muscle building" first, that I shouldn't use it if I don't want to gain weight.

I used Myosynergy for two months, maintained bodyweight, recomped a bit, and noticed an increase of strength and endurance (the latter two being the reason I used it)

To pigeonhole MS as something that only increases sarcoplasmic hypertrophy is doing it a huge disservice.

No, I'm saying you shouldn't use something for its secondary effect, then complain about its primary effect. You can use something for its secondary effect, but then accept that the primary effect will occur.

Exactly - you lost fat and maintained body weight - in other words you gained some muscle mass that had weight. I lost fat and gained more weight in muscle in muscle than I lost in fat. Maybe I gained more muscle, maybe you lost more fat. Both are good problems to have. You can use it if you don't want to gain weight, but be prepared to lose an equivalent amount of fat mass. Muscles weigh something... Gravity still applies.

edit: cant paragraph on mobile

I don't think anybody was complaining about anything. EBF brought up not wanting to gain bodyweight (he mentioned nothing about muscle mass) and I mentioned wanting to maintain bodyweight and get stronger. I wanted to maintain 220 because that's the weight class I compete in, and wanted to get stronger because those are my only goals. I also use whey :)

So should I not have used Myosynergy? It did what I wanted it to do.

he was replying to my initial post about losing body fat and gaining muscle mass. only gain mentioned there was gain in muscle mass.

My own personal experience: Didnt notice much til week 3. Was seeing an extra rep or 2. Week 4 noticed even more reps stuff really kicked in. Squatted 405 for an easy 8 today, struggled with 5 a few weeks ago. Body weight has remained steady at 185. Good stuff. And thank you dsade for the hard work in making a worthwhile supplement.

I am six weeks into using this product, and find it gets better and better. My recovery seems to improve, less sleep is needed, like a restlessness I associate with high test or hormones. When my body is healed, I wake up. I am noticing blue veins deep into my muscles that weren't visible two weeks ago. I think for natural products that really work I would give this product a 4.5 out 5. In each bag I would say about 3-4 pills had broken, which did affect the taste of the 7 pills needed for it to do its thing. I burped a couple of harsh burps but well worth it.

Yeah, this is truly a winner. Will definitely stock up when it's available. I would've bought more pouches when I had the chance, but assumed the new batch would be out in time. Now I am out.

We are in production now, and I was able to get a discount on a bigger quantity of ingredients. Should be restock in 7-10 days, with a sale.

We're negotiating with the company we use to synthesize the (-)epicatechin to find out how many kilos we would need to buy to be able to economically up the dosage. They haven't gotten back to us yet.

You won't hear any complaints from me regarding more (-)Epicatechin. The formula is already amazing but that would just be icing on the cake!

When will orbit start carrying myosynergy?

As soon as production is done. After the initial fiasco, we are double-triple verifying every single step in the process.

Would this product be beneficial on cycle, or better to save money and just use post cycle?

According to this study, there is no effect from performance enhancers on MyoStatin expression. If you could afford it, I would run it both on cycle and during PCT.

I have to comment....my muscle bellies seem to be staying full at all times. As much weight as I have lost in the last 8 weeks, I have seemed really flat at times. I don't know if the full muscle bellies are related to the Myosynergy, but I just noticed this effect into my second month on this product. I am eating cleaner than ever. Averaging 30 grams of carbs a day, except refeed/ cheat day. I had some super fresh cranberries in a salad at lunch today. One of two highlights of my day....Good stuff.

My carbs have come from vegetable only diet besides meat and cheeses. I take that back, in recent weeks Ive eated a handful of nuts when needed. If I feel bad, I add a scoop of muscle milk into my shake....I had cranberries in a salad today. It was the F-ing highlight of my day. Ive lost 23 lbs in 8 weeks....Eating lots of fats....at least a lot more than Id ever eaten. If I have four cups of spinich in a day thats I think about 4.5 grams of carbs. I have been eating a lot of tomatos....I'll change the 30 to 50 due to the nuts....but during the induction portion of my diet....Just spinach and meats and cheeses.....SUCKED.

Im the most in control of my body I have been in the last couple of years. I am following the military protocol of stripping me down to as small as I can get....currently 6'3 228 lbs 17.8 bf as of this week electronically pre workout. I really want to get sub 15% before I even think of adding size again. I didnt realize how much I had poisoned myself with carbs. I am a bartender...and it started to show.

My profile is pic is me at a realistic 12% bf....

I'm sorry for the all the recent posts......I've really needed this. I'm so grateful for all this board has done for me. A great community. Im wearing pants I havent been able to wear in a long time.....it DOES feel good. It feels good to share some healthy success too....

MyoSynergy will be available soon. Matt has said that they are being super scrupulous in terms of quality control with this next batch, so he doesn't get underhanded by the manufacturer again.

Outstanding!!

What's wrong with that? If he's keeping his fats high it's a very safe and effective way to lose weight.

well, honestly carbs will keep you more metabolically healthy during a deficit. and if your having to go under 200g - 140g per day to drop. then you need to reverse, high fats is unnecessary, if you want to hold onto as much size keeping carbs in for as long as you can is the way to go.

I won't even bother to tear apart the single, irrelevant and non-applicable study posted. He obviously is having quite a bit of success doing what he is doing, there are countless studies regarding ketogenic or similar diets and their benefits, and I'm not sure why you feel that 800 calories from carbohydrates is necessary for some reason. Perhaps purchase a biochemistry book and leaf through it. We can talk afterwards.

Props to you on the weight loss man. It takes serious willpower but the results are awesome. Keep up the good work.

I agree here! Keto diets are very muscle wasting unless your using anabolics! Im at 185g of carbs right now and hopefully i wont have to go below 150 before my cut is is over!

What does it matter to anyone? If he can adhere to it and get positive results, why should change from something that he knows works for him?

You can quote whomever you'd like, "bro". Our friend was overweight and, self admittedly, out of control. Perhaps ketogenic diets aren't optimal for putting on muscle, but to put him down for not adhering to your beliefs is immature and childish. They're extremely effective at helping people lose weight, they restrict the foods that many of these people tend to binge on, and they're not unhealthy at all. You can continue to post arguments and studies that may or may not pertain to the particular situation in question, but I'm going to leave it here. Take it easy.

lol because who enjoys eating 30g of carbs per day? when you can get amazing results/shredded on 10x that amount vs "positive results" and feel like ****.

^and im not putting him down.. im showing him a better alternative.

fkn lol, at keto diets "restrict the foods that people try and binge on"... i wonder why???! because your cutting them out for no reason. when you don't have to, you can eat any of the "bad" foods in moderation alongside a wholefood diet full of micros.

and after that keto diet's over what are they going to do? binge on those foods anyway. stop spitting broscience.
