Off from gym today. Hypernova dosed in am 1 pump chest 1 pump stomach.
After shower dosed at 2 pumps to stomach.

Coming into week four of hypernova noticed increased body temp even when I'm not as active like today sweating more, of course underarms are big culprit that I'm noticing the effect in

Average weigh in so far this week is 204.2 lb. This week has been rough, workouts are good but could be alot better and just feel drained. Thinking of a refeed on leg day depending on how these next couple days go.

How is your diet going? What is it like? Is that the reason for your low energy?
 
Diet has been same 2500 calories on most days unless a cheat meal might deviate from those numbers. Consists of usual 224 pro 210 carbs 85 fat give or take 5 grams. I honestly eat the same thing everyday since beginning of starting (other than the occasional cheat meal). Sleep is usual 4.5-5 hours a night that hasn't changed since starting hypernova. With a four month old still getting her to get a good sleeping pattern down I take advantage of all the sleep I can get.

Training and cardio have also stayed the same, lifts have suffered this week not tremendously but noticeable and recovery not as good as recent weeks.

I can't pinpoint why I have low energy this week. Refeed was just a thought if I didn't get any better by Sunday. Tomorrow Is my off day from gym and work. My goal is to get some rest and power naps in and hope all will be better come Friday. I will stay on track and not not fall off keep people posted.

Gotcha. I'm not against the refeed - wasn't implying that. Just saying, sometimes it's hard to keep to the regimen and you feel beat up...you gotta just push back!

Feeling alot better today didn't get any power naps in but managed to relax a little. Workout was alot better today. Hypernova am pre workout 1 pump shoulders, traps, 1 pump stomach

Dumbell shoulder press. 26 th day and ran out of my first bottle of hypernova made sure I got every last drop. Probably overshot the first dose due to only getting very small amounts out of bottle

Average weigh in this week was 203.7 lb. Pretty much through first month of hypernova my thoughts about product so far pros/con
Pros
•Increased sweating

•Look and feel less bloated (which I get easily)

•Tightened up areas where applied (most noticeable for myself was chest and stomach)

•Managed around a lb of weight loss a week (going into week 18 of cut and haven't changed program other than adding hypernova)
Cons- none that I could come up with

Mind you my progress as well as others is also based on a solid diet and training regimen. Overall for a higher fat percentage like myself and program I'm following and the light intensity cardio I'm doing, I believe results have been good so far. Additionally the more time I use hypernova with a consistent diet and training it will really start to show/make a difference in my body composition. Still a long way till I get the results I want but going to keep working at it little by little.

Thanks for the feedback, good to get other people's perspective of how I look/progress I'm making. Seeing myself everyday can't see many changes.

Hypernova dosed yesterday am 1 pump back 1 to stomach dsade is it pointless to dose around a half a pump to say arms on days I train them; which are a smaller body group or do I need full pump to reap benefits? I know main focus is stomach and chest due to highest levels of fat there.

I don't think these products work for "spot reduction", they act more systemic (meaning the ingredients get into your body/bloodstream and do their work)...but it seems as though this gives you some localized results as well

Depends on the carrier. The carrier I use is designed to transit through the dermal layers extremely quick and into the underlying tissues without being picked up by the dermal vasculature.

The effect is demonstrated repeatedly by people that choose to add things like Clen to the formula (often at high doses) that experience zero side effects - even those that are extremely sensitive.

You can definitely add a bit to your arms and shoulders....you will notice a difference.

It is funny how things come around. Years ago people used to do a bunch of situps to lose fat around their stomach and this was proven to be a myth. This form of "spot reduction" is completely false and is a myth and does not work.

When discussing Supernova and Hypernova, everyone keeps saying "Spot reduction" is a myth, and in the context of exercise this is true. Reducing the fat around a specific area is certainly possible, however, just not with exercise. Think of liposuction, which will specifically remove fat cells from an area. Can't argue that is spot reduction.

Hypernova and Supernova are designed to penetrate the skin, as Matt says, and get directly at the fat cells in an area and cause them to shrink and maybe even disappear. This IS a product that should help with spot reduction, especially over long periods of time.

Can't wait to see 6 months from now should be some pretty good if not amazing results. Plan to run it year round but do maintenance doses once I feel like I have a low enough body fat percentage.

Finishing week 18 of my cut; average weigh in this week was 200.3lbs (last week 203.7lbs). No changes were made and weighed in first thing in morning after empty bladder same time 3:30am to 4 am everyday. Overall feel great can't explain the big drop of 3 lbs this week.

End of week 5 of hypernova not much to report usual extra sweating throughout the day. Feel like I'm getting small changes as time progresses, more definition in chest, stomach coming in little by little on the sides. Possibly hypernova really starting to kick in this week and could justify some of the weight loss, will continue to monitor next couple of weeks.

Average weigh in this week was 208.2 lbs. Going into week 7 of hypernova and overall I feel great and believe that this product is starting to work its magic. Leaner all around got a few compliments this week on how much better I am looking. I have noticed my love handles have shrunk a little and overall definition in stomach and chest is more apparent. Forgot to add after shoulder day with dosing hypernova to shoulders had veins in front delts not many but haven't had veins show other than some on my forearms and biceps before. Going into week 20 of cut as well just hoping I can maintain this consistent weight loss while maintaining strength these upcoming weeks without having to change game plan. Tomorrow will post progress pics.

Had a decent workout today; with that being said I was given some advice, my plan is to take a leave off current diet and go to maintence calories so I don't end up like I did this past March and burn myself out. This goal of getting a better physique as well as be a healthier person is going to be a long term commitment. I'm going to take a step back and reset myself. Will follow a clean diet with a weekly cheat meal so I don't stray off path. I appreciate all of you that have followed. Will be back to finish my cut, hope others will follow part two of my journey.
