Making some small improvements here, but nothing remarkable. Not yet at least. I'm implementing some new methods as far as foot placement and pressure during a rep. It's primarily to make sure my weight is distributed properly along my right foot where I've been having issues keeping my foot on the floor. During the rep, it wants to supinate and it's killing my hip drive.

This phase has turned into a hell of a recomp. There's been some rebound as my health has gotten better, but my weight has stayed about 210 yet there's been noticeable improvements in my abs and especially in my vascularity. This has easily been some of my best training in awhile.
 
I was wondering why I hadn't seen you post on here in a while, figured you pulled a Rob.

Then I noticed I never subbed to your new log lol.
