Quad training this evening was intense.
started with occluded leg curls for 100 reps.
Leg extensions progressive resistance all sets 3013 70x 12, x10, x12
BB back squat Quad emphasis. 4x10 185
Reverse band hack squat 50x 15 60x 12 60x12 70 x 15 NOS
Reverse Banded leg press feet low sled plus 415x 12, 435x9 435x8 435x9
supered with db squats 2010 4x12 +8 rest pause bottom 3/4 only 10's
1 cs6 set of reverse banded leg press 435, 415, 395, 375, 375, 325.
Legs are very sore. Knees are feeling worn from taxing them nearly every workout.
The lump under my nipple seems to have went away. Here's to hoping it does not return.
