1 cs6 set of reverse banded leg press 435, 415, 395, 375, 375, 325.

Legs are very sore. Knees are feeling worn from taxing them nearly every workout.

The lump under my nipple seems to have went away. Here's to hoping it does not return.

Chest session yesterday was okay. It is still my weak point by far, imo.

The back session today was solid. The weights were nothing to write home about, but I am getting pretty good contractions. Still trying to get the scapula and spine straightened out, but it will get there eventually. I was having some spasms in my back in mid/lower trap area. I am having a hell of a time doing the W's and Y's in the TWAY drills with my left arm. Just cant get that rotator cuff to activate.

I have been off of BMP for about a week and a half now. I am still waiting for my next pouch of it to come in. I believe that it acted as a sort of appetite suppressor, as I have been as hungry as a horse after a race for the past few days. I would doubt that this is due to the ara, but I will not rule it out.

I have either gained an appreciable amount of fat or am holding water due to something. Usually when the latter occurs, a couple of lower intensity/ rest days gives me a supercompensation effect. I know that I will over reach before the end of this cycle. The question is when, if not already.

I still have nearly a bottle of BRite and ara to get through before the end of the log, but I will probably extend it by a few days or so. I do this in order to get the supercompensation results on here. My legs are consistently measuring about a half inch smaller than they were, and with all of the work I have put into them and the ara/ BMP, etc, there is no way that they are shrinking by the end of this. That is, unless I am proteolytic during training, which I doubt.

Twice a day training. Legs both sessions. Workouts were rough, but I'm not going to go into detail. What is worth noting is that I dosed 1 g twice today for a total of 2 g. The second dose was taken intra workout this evening. Everything went well until I got half way home in my car. Both of my legs (especially my right adductor) started throbbing. It was very painful. The only thing I can compare it to is growing pains that I experienced in 8th grade. I get pretty hurtful pains in my legs after a training session, but I was actually scared on the way home. The throbbing was keeping me from walkling up the stairs or even sitting on the toilet. It is gone now, after some lime juice, but I honestly have not had a literal "can't sit on toilet experience" since the first time I did MI40.

I'm kind of eager for my BMP to get here. Brite is going well. Making me sweat like crazy! I wish I had the money to run ara at 2g/day. I think it could be a game changer. I will opt, however, for the longer run every time if money is an issue.

Had chest twice yesterday. Neither session was incredible. My pec minors are extremely tight. I am trying to find a way to efficiently release them to help with the scapular retraction. I trained back and tri's today. Cut the rest way down in order to fit it all in. On the upside, density of workout went up. On the downside. I don't feel as if I got as good amount of volume in. I have quads tm.

My weight is going up slightly. I will probably post a 5 day average tomorrow.

No major updates to report. This week is going to suck though. I don't get a rest day until next sunday, and a couple of these days are twice a day's.

Sorry that I haven't posted in a couple of days. Due to family emergencies, I had to stay with my grandmother, who has alzheimer's. She has no internet so I have been disconnected. Last night I did quads and bi's in the morning and basic strength circuits in the pm. The biggest note from that day is that I tried safety bar squats for the first time, and my weight was down ~25 lbs compared to a normal squat.

Deads this morning and hams and calves in the pm.

3 sets of snatch grip dead lifts 235x10 5010
deadlifts 31x0 255x7 275x5 295x3 300x3 300x3
Sumo deads 3x10 225, 235, 245.

Have not had access to a scale in a couple of days, so that kind of throws my average off, but the weight gain is similar to what I have been experiencing.

Enjoying ara and will probably continue to bulk for a short while after the supply runs out. I am guessing that the rest of the bmp will be here by then.

I have been listening to the blueprint power hour for entertainment purposes, and I must say that Rob Regish has given me a couple of ideas that I want to try out after this run.

I was very weak today. Numbers were way down. I'm not sure if it's bad sleep or just stress/ mindset in general. Grandmother was hospitalized and has brain bleeding and a stroke on top of that.. I got the chest/delt workout in though. Focused on contractions. My numbers were unusually low. My legs are measuring 24.5 inches atm though. That is an inch up from when I started this log. BMP just came in today. Will start taking it tomorrow. I am looking forward to it.

Any prayers would be appreciated, as my grandmother's condition is not looking too well.

Got in early this morning for a back workout. Twice a day today. Going to hit back tonight as well.

130 reps of sled+ 180 lbs leg press occluded.
Activation seated cable row neutral grip 3012 3x12
Rack pulls. I have a hard time keeping these coming up straight, as when I keep my lats and rhomboids contracted, my spine seems to have a slight twist. For a 3110 tempo I pulled 315x7, 315x6, 275x8 275x 7, 245x8, 248x8. This was supersetted with a 30 degree leaning lat pulldown 41x0 and overhead tricep extension with a rope 3110.

Wide grip pullups 50x0. 7,5,5,5,5,5
supered with
Db California press 25's all sets except last (30's +NOS) 3110

Landmine row bar+20lbs+red mini band x7 x6 20lbs with no band 8,8,8. I really am focusing on imbalance, so I stopped short with my right side (I could have done several more reps, but my left lost good feeling and form early)

supered with facepulls 5x12 sled+20

supered with tricep pushdown 5x15 sled plus 10lbs.

I tried out some thermogum today, and I was liking the feeling, but I think it was wasted, as after the leg press, one of the coaches at the field house came wanted to take for close to an hour straight. Couldn't get rid of this guy. I mentioned that my grandmother had a stroke, and he felt the need to qualify his knowledge on platelet clots and plaque clots. As well as the risks of thromboxites, blood pressure, a. fib, etc.

Awesome Work!

Pretty good Chest and Back day. This is the final week of the HTS program, so the focus is on hard contractions and recovery. The end is in sight. The highlight of the evening was doing the smith press175 lbs for 9 reps. That is one more than I was repping the last time I did this lift. The session had a good amount of volume. The big improvement that I have noticed is that ALL of my lifts are more controlled and the contractions are greater (this includes on the smith press).

I had to get up two hours early today, and as a result, I was bloated and constipated most of the day. However, by the end of my training session, the water bloat seemed to be gone. My weight fluctuates between 178-181 (although I was up to 190 last night). Current bf seems to be around 9-10% (scale reads 8 after a workout, but I want a worst case scenario measurement). I think my body has started to super compensate, hopefully. I hope that this weight gain is not mainly fat.

I am slowly going to transition into a different macro protocol by upping fats and lowering carbs. Depending on how I look after this is over, I may cut for a couple of weeks and lower carbs significantly in order to reset insulin sensitivity to slingshot further into the bulk.

arm days never excite me. I just don't feel accomplished after they are over. It was in the program, however, so I gave it the same attention as all other sessions. I must say that I am noticing some new effects after getting back on the BMP

Throughout this whole log I have been doing either high rep leg press or leg curls before every training session. These have been occluded in order to promote more lactic acid buildup and hopefully spare the joints with a lighter load. I have worked up to anywhere between 100-150 reps. About a week off of BMP I really started to notice aches in my knees and shoulders (ARA may have contributed to this as well). After a few days of dosing BMP again, my achy joints seem to heal more quickly. The aches are there after the workout, but after waking up, they are pretty well recovered. I'm not sure what this is due to, but the only difference in my supplementation has been the re addition of BmP.

Last night was a good quad session. I had to travel an hour and a half both ways in order to take a Praxis exam in order to get endorsed to teach extra subjects. This had me stressed and drained after it was over, not to mention I am doing a stim break ( I may have had 50mg of caffeine from a green tea pill).

I got in the gym and did my usual 130 reps on leg curls occluded.

Leg press 4 plates each side 15, 12, 11 3110 30 seconds rest
leg extensions 3011 4x12 40, 50 60 60
Barbell back squat 31x0 185x10, 205x9, 215x8, 220x7
Cluster set squat 220 4+4+4 <----- This nearly destroyed me, as I worked on getting deep, keeping constant tension on quads, eliminating inertia from the bottom and exploding.
leg extensions (again) 2013 4x12 40
supered with db sissy squats 10's 4x20 <---- much harder than you would think.

Leg press feet midway on platform 4 plates x10, 12, 12, 11 CS6 set x12,x 10, x8, x8 (3plates)x 8 x 8. 15 second rest between sets.

I threw in some pump work on triceps and delts in between sets. Nothing big.

ANNOUNCEMENT: For those of you whom are actually interested, I have been chosen to run a sponsored log on Scivation's Xtend Perform and Flexatril. I am going to replace my bcaa's with the xtend, and hold off on getting back on fish oil after the ara runs out in a few days, in order to asses how well the flexatril works. The BMP has recovered me pretty well, but my elbows and knees are still getting taxed pretty hard from the leg press and arm work nearly everyday. Normal problems that I have had in the past such as my shoulder seem to have been mitigated due to BMP. While my knees are not as bad as I think they would normally be, they could feel much. They are good to go (performance wise) when it comes time to lift, but hopefully the flexatril will put them over the top. I may also discontinue my BMP dosage for a small cut (while I will be using the Scivation products) and resume after it is over, as I have a mostly full pouch of the stuff left.

Regardless, I still have a few more days until my ARA runs out. Brite is running low too. The biggest thing I can say about Brite is that it DOES increase thermogenisis and probably motivation(ALCAR would be my guess). I can take this stuff before a workout and feel like total crap, do my occluded set, sweat like crazy, and be ready to do any workout afterwards. The mental aspect of this product is amazing. If I had the money, I would buy several more bottles to hopefully brown some of my fat cells long term.

My ara supply is out and the training has been over for this training cycle for two days now. I am still doing cardio on off days. I have lowered my carbs and upped my fats in order to get fat adapted for my next training phase. I am going to try to catch my physique in a good spot for the final pics. I have one day of Brite left and have ceased my bmp use in order to allow me to sense the effects of my next logging opportunity. I really look forward to it, but before that begins, I will be back to give my final review and measurements experieced from the use of the ARA Bmp / Brite combo. Overall I feel that they are all great products in their own way.

To be honest I really wish I could have gotten a pic of my back in the lighting at my old high school weight room. Nobody will believe me without pics but I can have a Christmas tree going on in the lower back and still have fat on my lower abs. One of the coaches has a good camera phone, and I was going to get him to snap the photo, but he was in a hurry to leave after football practice.

Training resumes monday. I think I am going to try Vince Del Monte's NNMB 2.0, but I am not sure yet.

Depleting glycogen in the fastest manner possible. Back and Bi's today. It was a very dense session, and I am keeping carbs fairly low. My plan is to deplete, let any water that I have accumulated from the bulk come off (and hopefully a bit of fat) and then restore levels. I do this for two reasons: I want my numbers to be baseline, as I have stated earlier in this log, and I also want pictures that show every bit of change that I have done to my body. My weight today after workout was 181.4 and bf% read 9.8. I will admit that I always hold a bit more water when I do this reset phase and up my fats the way that I have. I will come off, and I may not look my best until about 2 weeks afterward, but the final review and pics will be good enough for my purposes, I believe.

Patience, my friends, and I will deliver the final say when the payload is revealed.

Pics and final review coming as soon as I can get them uploaded.

What you are seeing there is a 181 lb ketogenic pansy. This was after a workout an I tried to replicate the lighting of the original pictures as best as I could. I obviously gained some fat. My legs grew one inch (sorry the pic is after one of those 100 rep occluded leg press workouts= a little loss of definition)and my arms went from 14.5 inches to 15.1 inches. I made gains similar to this on my original xfactor run, but the muscle was mainly in the midsection. This time I feel that it was truly the Bmp that allowed the gains to occur in the extemities. I say this because my arms seemed to get a sudden burst of growth right around a month of using BMP. Both measurements are baseline without a pump. I believe that I may also have made slight gains in the chest area, although it is still a weak area for me.

Review:

Xgels: Basically the hype is true. It is an excellent value, especially when one can find it on sale. I would run it at least once a year if I had the funds. It makes you sore as hell when dosed properly. The inflammation is real and the gains are real. My strength went up in the 3-8 range in several lifts. I do not think that this supplement improved my mind muscle connection any (as it did not last time). The sweet spot for me seemed to be 2 g/day split into two doses on two a days.

BMP: This stuff tastes like gains, if you know what I mean (as in it is bearable, but you definitely feel as if you are earning those gains by choking it down). I DO believe that this stuff improved my mind muscle connection as well as provided mental drive to get things accomplished. You can also refer to my short time off of it in this log and then resumed use to see that I feel it has some recovery properties (especially in the joint/ligament area)
Value: I think that this product is also a great value as it is ~20 bucks for a months supply.
The one downside that I have found with this supp is that I suspect it to interfere with sleep when dosed too close to bedtime. I'm still not thoroughly convinced of the GDA properties that I had heard about somewhere, but that is not to say that they do not exist.
5/5 due to cost to benefit ratio.

Brite: Two obvious traits: Makes me sweat like crazy during a workout and most of the fat gain on this bulk DID come along after I ran out of Brite (I even dropped my calories by ~200/day and still gained fat).
Taste: Like pine needles. Really not nearly as bad as everybody claims.
Value: This one is a bit more costly. I would have definitely loved to run about three more bottles, but sometimes you just don't have the funds.
Other benefits: I would dose this along with noopept prior to studying for a praxis exam and prior to passing the praxis exam. I could tell a difference in focus with the Brite +noopept and the noopept alone. I'm willing to bet that this is due to the alcar (which is pretty cheap). So, if you are after the mental edge, I would say that Alcar could do just about the same thing. It is a nice bonus though.

4/5 due to the slightly higher cost. If one has the funds it is worth buying. I think that this is a supp whose effects show up later down the road due to the browning of white fat cells. Whether this actually happened in me or not, I do not know. I also do not know if this is connected to it or not, BUT I did go into ketosis faster than I ever have (4 days) while being on 120 carbs per day. This was roughly 7 days ago, a short time after completing the Brite run. My workouts obviously changed a bit, along with my macros, but I had never been able to get into ketosis that quickly on lower carbs.

That's about all I can think of now. Any Questions?

Nice work! Which would you choose if price difference wasn't a factor during a gain phase: bmp or xgels? I'm interested in trying something new but rather run it solo to see how I respond. The recovery properties of bmp sound intriguing as well since I have an elbow that nags once the volume peaks. Should that be a concern with ArA?

My joints did start to bother me toward the end of the ara cycle. I would say if your goal is just to gain mass, then ara is the way to go. BMP, in my mind, works better as a recomp agent. However, the mass that I gained with the addition of BMP was more in the arms and legs and not the midsection, as it was with just ara alone. The BMP is also only 20 bucks for a month supply, so there is that factor.

Final update on body composition: I weighed in at 181.6 at 8.5%bf today. This is the highest that I have been in terms of lean mass. Highly satisfied with the run.... if only I could do it year round.

Yeah the price is quite cheap, especially when you consider other stuff added to maximize ArA. Any issues with taste with BMP? I am thinking of starting with bmp while my calories are hovering around maintenance then add in ArA when I'm in a decent surplus.

It's not really something that I would put in oatmeal or anything. My best advice is measure out the dose, throw it in your mouth and wash it down fast. It's not gonna gag you, but it is one of those bitter type bold tastes. Don't let that deter you.

Oh my gosh! You got it! That is the coolest news I have gotten all week. Thank you.

Damn bro ,hell of a log! Really fun to read though.

I am going to be starting a BMP, ABE, X-gels log here in the future I believe, only I am happy with my BF% cut :)

I appreciate it, but this log is long over. I would be happy to run it even harder if you would be willing to supply the ara or bmp
