eviscerate on neck/chin?

i remember reading one time that people would put lipoderm on their neck/chin to lose face fat. can eviscerate be used the same way?

It will work, yes....if you don't mind walking around looking like you just got strangled.

It will work, you will have temporary redness there so if you do use it try to put it on an hour or so before you have to go somewhere. It also burns so keep it away from the eyes. Capsaisin in the eyes hurts.
