I want to know the supplement to which you would attribute your best gains from. This may be a particular substance eg creatine or a product eg nutraplanets masspump stack

Post you all time favourite here!
 
BCAAs, XCeed, (food obviously as RR stated), and Grub On.
 
Xtend, Anagen, Fenotest...costs less than $80/month and there is no need for any other supps other than a mulit and protein. This stack is my all-time favorite and I am still experiencing strength gains and increases in my endurance.
 
Definetly xtend would be a need, as well as a good multi, like now's ADAM, creatine(any will do IMO. CEE is my fav.) If you trained for some time, I would go for a x-factor cycle. Do some research on it. This is by far the most gains I had was with XF.

i'll be doing the 1250mg dose for 60 days real soon.
i think i will combine it with some Hyperdrol and MassFX.

But, Xfactor definitely has its benefits as a non hormonal product!

How does your alpha drive compare to JW so far?
 
bcaa, CEE, flax/fish, gaba/zma (sleep), FoodFoodFoodFoodFoodFoodFoodFoodFoodFood and did i mention food

i made good gains with supplements... i made the best gains with a better diet.

I could say that both are very good, but XF has given me the best gains. I might retry JW along with a perfect diet, and see how it goes :)
