I want to know the supplement to which you would attribute your best gains from. This may be a particular substance eg creatine or a product eg nutraplanets masspump stack
Xtend, Anagen, Fenotest...costs less than $80/month and there is no need for any other supps other than a mulit and protein. This stack is my all-time favorite and I am still experiencing strength gains and increases in my endurance.
Definetly xtend would be a need, as well as a good multi, like now's ADAM, creatine(any will do IMO. CEE is my fav.) If you trained for some time, I would go for a x-factor cycle. Do some research on it. This is by far the most gains I had was with XF.
