This is an alpha test of "Axplosion," now called "NOS-FX." As of now the ingredients/profile of this product are secret and are unknown to me so do not look for any information in that regard. I have been given practically no information regarding this product, and the little that I have I will not share in fear of breaching the non-disclosure agreement. What I will share with this log is my experiences/feelings of this product during its alpha test. This log will pinpoint anything unusual from my normal supplement-free workouts (e.g. pump, energy, mindset, intensity, strength gains, etc.) as well as the weights used. I do not have the means to get pictures up, so I apologize for that inconvenience.
My stats:
5'8"
175-180lbs (fluctuates a lot, so will not weigh everyday)
~9-11% body fat
My training protocol is rather simple:
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Shoulders/Abs
Day 5: Arms, forearms, calves again if I feel up to it
Generally I like to do 4-6 exercises, until I feel too tired to increase weight. My sets are usually [12,10,8,5], except legs where I go fewer exercises and [12,12,10,8,5,3]. If I feel like I can tack on a few more reps, after, I do so.
I do not follow this in any particular order, but I usually like to follow chest with back or vice versa. I also stick in a rest day whenever I feel my body needs it or scheduling forces.
I will be taking the recommended dosage, however, I will definitely try upping the dosage once or twice during the log. I will dose only during my training days, unless I receive different instructions.
My diet is not strict whatsoever. I eat a light meal every 1.5-3 hours, again as schedule permits, as I am a full-time student and a heavy dinner. On a day-to-day basis I consume +/- 300g protein, +/- 250g carbs, and 1.5 gallons of water.
I will post all my workouts a day late so that I can comment on how long the pump lasted as well as appetite and sleep that night, all in the same post.
