Just got my bottle today, however the powder is completely solid, like a cement mixture almost i can break it down, but im wondering is this normal?
 
It's nothing to worry about, some bulk powders tend to clump together when mixed. I assure you quality is in no way hindered.

Like trip said its fine. That product has so much cit malate and gynostemma in it, it will turn into a liquid cement type consistency. Works really good tho'
 
put it in the freezer and itll go back to powder after a while and give it a good shake. thats what i did and mines back to powder, and i leave it in the freezer and it stays unclumped if thats a word
 
I just got my can of NOS Ether Level 1 and it's hard as a rock. Does it HAVE to go in the freezer to get it back to a powder or will just sticking it in the fridge for a few hours get the job done?

That works better for reg. NOS ETHER, NOS ETHER Level 1 unfort. will stay somewhat hard, mainly because there are no carbs and alot of cit. malate and herbs. It works fine, and isnt bad but does get hard. When I tried NOS ETHER caps because this was a problem in like 2003 people had a fit and wanted the hard powder back, so I wont ever do a NOS ETHER capsule again.
