Here we are, back at it again. Starting Monday, I will be running this cycle, five weeks on the Phera/P-Plex and six weeks on the 1-T. I will be pulsing the Methoxy-TST on workout days only. Yes, I stole this from Trauma1, but I hope he won't be too mad. Supps for the cycle are as follows:

1-T (Primordial Performance, bought two bottles, NP was running a sale)

CEL P-Plex (the 030508 batch which supposedly has 19.2 mg instead of 15 mg caps. I have a lab assay for this, so we'll see).

AX Phera-Plex (to balance out the dose, since I am starting at 30 mg per day and working up to 50 mg for the last week)

AX Liver Support (already pre-loaded)

BioSciences Methoxy-TST (as previously mentioned, pulsing on workout days only)

LG Sciences SLIN (used postworkout to force more nutrients into muscles)

RPN Gut Health (already preloaded, seems to work well)

RPN DCP (to mitigate fat gain--trying to keep it to a minimum)

AI Cycle Support (for obvious reasons, been loading this as well)

Super Cissus Rx/Incarnate/Glucosamine (taking all three for my joints)

1Fast400 Taurine (for those gotdamn pumps!)

Animal Pak/Animal Nitro (Universal Nutrition)- multivitamin and BCAA/EAAs

Xtend (sipping throughout the day)

Protein Powders (ON Whey, Casein, Nitro Core, Recovery 2:1:1, Pro Complex)

Garlic Pills, Flax Oil, Fish Oil, Vitamin D, P5P (ancillaries)

PCT will consist of: Tamoxifen (already have on hand, or Raloxifene if I can get my hands on it), and the Three Kings Stack by Diesel Nutrition. Creatine and other volumizers as well to keep gains.

Goal is 12-16 pounds. We'll see.

Working out M-F, and possibly Saturday.

Day 1: Arrrrrrgh!

Pilot:

Was rarin' to go today, but cautiously so. I had injured my left shoulder a couple of weeks ago benching, so I had taken that time off. I mean, the first couple of days immediately afterwards, I couldn't even raise my arm above my head. And if you bumped into my shoulder, I was ready to fight! It's weakened, but functional. I'm guessing I have to build the strength back up, but that's not going to stop me. Anyways, it's bodybuilding, not POWERLIFTING. I did learn a valuable lesson though: You can't do the same s h i t at 41 that you can do in your 20s and 30s. I mean, I used to do a couple of BS warmups and then go right into the heavy stuff. Unh-uh. Can't do that anymore! The day went like this:

Supps:

9:30 am: 6 mg Methoxy-TST, 10 mg Phera-Plex, 3 caps Incarnate, 2 caps Super Cissus-Rx, Gut Health, Garlic Pill, Flax Oil, Animal Pak, Vitamin D

11am: Xtend, Animal Nitro, 4 grams Taurine, 3 DCP

After workout: 2 scoops 2:1:1 Recovery, 1 scoop Whey protein, 1 scoop Cycle Support, 4 caps SLIN

3:45 pm: 5 pumps 1-T, 10 mg Phera-Plex, 1 DCP

I'm enjoying a big plate of "Dirty Rice" right now (ground beef and rice with onions and green peppers, and a side dish of broccoli, water.

8:30 pm: 10 mg Phera-Plex, Fish Oils, Garlic Pill

10-10:30pm: 1 DCP, 60 g casein shake with 1 scoop Cycle Support (right before bed)

Bodyparts Worked Today: Chest

Bench: 135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 315x8

DB Bench: 60s x 10, 70s x10, 80s x 10, 90s x 8

Incline DB: 60sx 10, 70s x 10, 80sx8, 90s x8

Decline Bench: 155x 10, 225x10, 225x8, 225x8

Flyes: 40sx10, 50sx10, 50s x 10

Pec Deck: 125x10, 105x10, 105x10


Narrative: I didn't go really heavy because I was worried about my shoulder, felt OK, but started to hurt near the end, especially when I did the Pec Deck. Also, I could really tell the left side was significantly weaker than the right. I'll just have to adjust. It doesn't hurt as bad now as I thought it would. Thank God for Incarnate/Super Cissus-Rx. Good thing I checked my ego at the front door at the gym; your ego can get your a s s kicked. I'd be at the hospital in a sling right now if I'd listened to my ego. Decent pump, nothing to wirte home about yet, but it is the first day. Bodyweight at start of cycle is 322.25 lbs. See ya tomorrow.
 
Day 2

I took the day off from training. Call me whiny, but I really had to ask myself if I was ready to deal with this. I've got some personal issues going on (which I really won't get into right now), and my shoulder is going to limit the hell out of me. But you know what? I spent way too much time and money preparing this stack to just let it go like that. So, tomorrow...it's GAME ON!

I'm Back!

Day 9

Hi, everyone...I didn't train for like three weeks in an attempt to rest my shoulder. I went to the gym today, well, because 1) I was tired of sitting around, and 2) my attitude is, if I treat it like a pussy, then it's gonna heal like a pussy. It's better now, but still a little weak. Plus a bit painful on pressing exercises like bench presses, but nothing like a few weeks ago. I gained a little bit of fat during my inactivity, but that's not my main concern right now. My day went like this:

Workout (Chest):

Bench: 135x 10, 225x8, 225x10, 315x8 (a bit painful, especially on the last set; I didn't go any heavier because my right side was compensating for my left).

DB Press: 80sx10, 85x8, 90x9, 95sx8 (relatively pain-free)

Incline DB Press: 90sx8, 85x8,85x10, 85x8

Flyes: 40x8, 40x10, 50x8

Pec Deck: 90x10, 105x10,150x8 (the last set was painful)

Cable Crossover: 35x10, 50x10, 70x8 (not too bad)

This and the rest of the week will be a "dress rehearsal" to test baseline strength levels. I'll go a little heavier next week. I just won't let my ego guide me. That's how I got hurt in the first place.

Supps/Food:

5:30am: 40g whey shake in 2% milk with 1 scoop Cycle Support, 1 banana, water, fish oil caps, Liver Support

6:30 am: 19.2 mg P-Plex, 6 mg Methoxy-TST, Vitamin D, Animal Pak, Garlic pill, Gut Health, 2 DCP, Animal Nitro

9:30am: 3 SLIN, 2 scoops 2:1:1 Recovery, 1 scoop Whey, Taurine

11am: Egg Foo Young (yeah, I know!), fried rice, water

12:30pm: 10 mg Phera-Plex, 5 pumps 1-T

1:30pm: Pepper Steak w/brown rice (I made it myself without all the usual seasonings), water

3:30pm: Boiled ziti with meat sauce, water

4:30pm: 10mg Phera-Plex

6pm: Grilled chicken breast, rice, broccoli, corn, water, fish oil

8pm: 4 scrambled eggs, water, medium bowl of oatmeal

9pm: Vitamin D, p5p, 2 DCP, Garlic pill, Flax Oil, water

10:30pm: 50g Casein Shake in 2% milk, water

The shoulder is a bit sore, not too bad, but the real test will be when I wake up tomorrow morning.
