i am thinking about taking a supp to lower estro a little thought that it might be a good idea seeing that i am now 43, was thinking gaspari novedex xt but was reading dht increases approx 600%,is there anything i could take without increasing dht? do not need hairline to reced any faster.

i think novadex is too suppressive. ATD's will completely eradicate estrogen and when on too long will kill your libido because estrogen is too low. go with some of the newer ones like 6-bromo or even resveratrol. a cheap good alternative is also the original 6-oxo

Testostolyze by species nutrition, has 6oxo and Saw palmetto, blocks estro and DHT
 
well.. my concern was about the brand reliability.. ofcourse I agree it should work but many supplements were not effective and didn't do anything they claimed!
