I'm half way through a six week cycle of Esterstain (PH) and i'm trying to find the best PCT to help me keep my gains. I have done Pro's before but the so called PCTs i have gotten never helped me maintain any gains. Just looking for some advice to put me in the right direction.
 
Ok man thanks. what were your gains like so far my strength gains have been pretty good and i'm noticing the dry and vascular look.
 
Next time set up your pct and have everything on hand BEFORE you start your cycle please.

I would use this:

Nolva
20/20/10/10
DAA
3g/3g/3g/3g
Reduce XT (cortisol control)
0/0/3/3/3/3
 
Well before I have used this over the counter pct. AD3 and it didn't do jack **** to help restore anything to normal. But I will have to see if I can find these.
 
Yeah I know i should have. Last time I used this over the counter stuff called AD3 but I don't want to do that again didn't help at all. I will have to see if I can find this.
 
Yea never go with the all in one pct there full of **** and never work you need a serem which is nolva or torem those will help your nuts to come back and they block estergn
 
Yeah kind of figured that from the research I have done. But I our local supps store sold me the pro and suggested that so I went with the suggestion. Then I ended up losing 7 of the 15 pounds I gained. I don't want to do that again.
