Iced Tea E9 Review:

I was so excited to finally have an Iced Tea PES product, I took it to work and drank it while at my desk.

Taste: The Iced Tea to me tastes identical to the Fuze tea sold at Subway.. It could be my imagination, however I get notes of tea, lemon, and almost honey or sweet tea taste. It is very refreshing, and would be awesome in the summertime. I did mix with 12oz of water as directed, however the flavor should hold up well to 20oz.

This further proves that PES could pull off the Arnold Palmer Alphamine. The sweet E9 Iced Tea flavor, with that nice tart lemonade from RL Alphamine would be insane. Until then, I will mix the two together, if my stomach can handle the Choline from both.

Thanks again for the samples. Next will be the Tropical Twist.

Awesome feedback. Make sure we hear how tropical twist treats you bro!
As directed, I tried my sample of iced tea with 12oz of water. Based on my experiences with the OG flavors, I assumed that this would be a very strong mix as the other flavors I tend to add far more (upwards of 30oz sometimes).

Smell - upon opening the packet the scent that hit my nostrils was actually quite odd... Not exactly the pleasant "lipton" smell I had expected (and what I remember from the powders as a kid). It was almost a more "woody" type smell... somewhat like fresh mulch? odd to say the least.

Taste - Well, as you'd expect, it tastes like iced tea ha. Its by far the lightest of the flavors, and has quite a prevalent lemon flavoring to it. Its certainly not a "sweet tea" flavor as its much lighter and more tart than that. Its very nearly an arnold palmer with the amount of lemon that comes through. As mentioned before, the falvor is light overall and definitely will not be one that I would mix with the 30+oz of what I often do with the OG flavors.

I personally am not much of an iced tea fan, so this is definitely not my favorite flavor of the bunch. Its certainly not bad, and while it would go nicely on a warm sunny afternoon, its not one that I would buy just to drink like the others. For those who truly love iced tea though, this will be a surefire hit. Its a perfect tea flavor that makes you think of something your grandma would make on a hot summer day.

My rankings as of now: Nanaberry, Tropical Twist, Blue Ice, Iced Tea

Thanks PES for letting me give these both a try!

It was our pleasure bro. Always enjoy your reviews. :)

Question...I don't drink tea or ice tea, should I buy on insider or just stick with OG flavors?

If it is fruity and refreshing then I may go try but don't really want a few tubs of tea flavour.

I would atleast try one of either tropical twist or ice tea. Then buy a couple of tubes of the original flavours you like the most. The insider deals are always with a good price.

Hard to speak on behalf of your tastebuds man,

Maybe just grab the Nanaberry, Blue Ice, and TT

Try a sample of Iced Tea somewhere down the line to see if you enjoy it

Or if you don't like it, trade/sell it on here. After the Insider, I'm sure someone would take it off your hands for cost plus shipping???

Man these reviews have got me hyped to try some E9 finally. I'm going to do 1 Blue Ice, 1 Nana, 1 TT, 3-6 Iced Tea it looks like. I'm loving that RL Alphamine + E9 Iced Tea Arnold Palmer suggestion cubsfan....I think that may become a new pre mix....

Sounds like you got it all figured out brother

Sounds like a great order, add a few more TT and that looks like what mine will be

That flavor combo does sound pretty amazing.

I am pretty excited for the tea flavor as well, can't wait to get my hands on some.

So where is the insider? I keep calling in and keep getting told next week. Last week I was told maximum by this Thursday... I have been completely out for a solid week now and can already feel the difference. Sure wish I could of at least got some samples to get me by. I got my gym partner hooked on it as well.

Confirmed: the insider sale is tomorrow.

Sipping on the Tropical Twist as I type:

There seems to be an initial tart pineapple taste, followed by a mix of mango maybe.

I will go more in depth as I continue to drink it. I might actually like this one more than the Iced Tea.

Be on the list guys.

Tomorrow ends the Ergonine draught, not much longer before you can be enjoying a Nanaberry beverage again!
Or of course, any of the 5 options available at launch!

Nanaberry
Blue Ice
Iced Tea
Tropical Twist
Flavourless

Plan your orders wisely :)

Who is planning what?

I haven't tried the new flavours yet and as I am a sucker for something new I think I would max out iced tea and tropical twist. :)

That price!!!

"driven" also gets the discount + 30% off everything on site, if you guys plan on more than just Ergonine :)

The insider should start hitting your inboxes now. Don't forget to check spam folders.

Small order here, but excited for the new tea flavor. I picked up two of em. Will the regular non-sale price of e9 be the same as it was when it was under athletix at $30.00??

One at a time. BI, then Nana, then TT and saving IT for last.

How do you have the strength to hold off on trying them all? I always end up dipping into my stock. :D

Ergonine + vitamin D year round sounds like a smart Canadian's stack ;)

you will notice a huge diff when you'll start the e9!

I'm in no rush because I still need to complete my bulk Creatine tub, and I need to finish my Burn24 run first, so I can try out one thing at a time to assess what works for me.

Also, when I cycle off most random supps for good this summer, and depending on how much I enjoy E9, I think E9+VitD are going to be my only year-round staples, so I will have plenty of time to become well acquainted with Ergonine.

E9+ Vit D for me to I think. I'm in Scotland, The suns no more than a street lamp at the minute. I get more Vitamin D walking under a light bulb than I do the sun :)

If KSM-66 works out That could well become a staple too though.

To the PES reps: Yesterday I ordered my E9 & the shipping was FedEx smartpost. I checked the tracking label this morning & it has scheduled delivery of 01/28. The delivery is to TN and a week sounds awfully long from Florida. I can only speak for myself but I would gladly pay a couple of dollars for an alternate quicker method of shipping if given the option. Not sure how economically feasible that would be but just throwing it out there as another option in addition to the "low cost" method.

I am going to have to clarify this.

In the past, FedEx have overestimated the delivery date so packages were arriving ahead of their proposed schedule.

I will speak to the boss and see what the deal is.

Thanks so much. The last thing I want to do is come off as "whiney", just wanted to throw it out there as a "possible" option. If it's not an option, that's ok.

How is the E9 tea? I havent tried/purchased yet but this is the flavor Im mostly curious about

oh speaking about snow (im here in Maryland)....I already shoveled twice :/

If you like tea, it's perfect. There's a few reviews sprinkled in the last few pages. The short (from my sample):
Tastes like tea
Slightly tart (think lemony tea)
Lighter flavor than the originals by far

If you don't like tea, it's just ok but if you even remotely like it, you'd be silly not to get it. Flavor is as advertised.

No deliveries for me for awhile, lol

It's interesting to see how different areas of the country handle snow. Based on that pic, I'd be surprised if there were school or business delays/closings here. That said, I wouldn't think your delivery would be delayed much, if the storm has already passed.

People down here are acting like its the end of the world.....

Ergonine fueling some shoveling around here.
