I add bulks just to use them ha. What are diminishing returns??? My garbage cans are bummed tho they're missing out on free gains

You don't want to throw them out. Aleks and Driven made a huge mistake. Now all the hobos in their areas are gonna be JACKED, which will make their panhandling requests a lot more difficult to turn down........
 
I was planning, when I run out of my huge tub of Creatine Mono, and I enjoy the Ergonine+ABE, I won't re-up on the Mono and do a big bulk E9 order afterwards. If so, I may throw in one Nanaberry..............ONE.

Smart man! Can't go wrong with ergo/ABE. :)

At least a few times use ABE pre-big meal, just to feel like a king for hours after ;)

Anyway what could it be the effect you talking about? I've always been told like that but actually never tried to take it with a big carbs meal, always had great results with the old ones but never tried to take it in this way, could you elaborate?
 
It also has GDA effects, so much like if you took agmatine before a meal, or anything with GLUT4 activation potential.

Enhanced nutrient shuttling to muscle tissue + carbs gives a nice pump.

Overall the reformulation is best as directed, but on occasion I will still use the old dosing

Understood :) I'll try it out man, new one is still saying with your 2 big meals :) so it's still valid as you say :)

Old dosing was what, 2 pre and 2 post workout?

I find current dosing suggestions work best for me, but that usually means my pre and post meals anyways.

For any goal, 2 prior to your two largest meals is best way to use AnaBeta Elite.

For most, this is going to be pre and post as these are their two largest meals.

If I do IF and eat 2 big meals in a 6 hour window, is that dosing it too close together?

Nope. Perfectly fine. Just get your first dose prior to that first meal, and then around 3 hours later or at next bigger meal/feast.

Hahaha oh ****, my first run I would eat 1 meal in the morning and 1 at night apparently like a FOOL. I should have asked sooner hahaha. By dosing before I assume you mean 30 min prior? Don't know if it makes a difference, but I've been doing that for EP and so far I haven't gotten any negative sides like I did my last run. Joints are a bit stiff but no real pain a week in.

As long as you were getting in the 4 caps per day, you're good. Personally and from others experience, dosing prior to two largest meals gives benefit for the nutrient partitioning. Dosing Erase Pro prior to meals, you'll also be getting some GDA type benefits.

30 prior is good, or it won't hurt sooner if you forget to

In this way it's just fine to me and it always worked.

I was dosing it as well 30min pre wo and immediately post wo and in that case my pre wo meal was 1h earlier that taking abe, it worked as well ha!

What do you eat pre/post on an average day if you don't mind me asking.

It changes daily. Macros stay pretty consistent but actual food changes. But macros will also increase over the next few weeks as I am moving into a growing phase and weight has dropped.

Macros pre-workout are right around 90-100 carbs, 50-60 protein, and 5-10 fats.

Lately i've been on a mexican kick, lol. So been doing fiesta chicken, rice, and black bean burrito (homemade qdoba) or buffalo chicken quesidilla. Or keeping it simple with malt-o-meal (with a bit of select protein added) + a source of meat for protein (chicken, ground turkey).

Like I said though, the meals are always changing. Just whatever I am in the mood for.

E9 is direct to customer so they don't do the regular retail deals as far as I know. The closest thing to a deal is the E9+ABE or E9+a free old Analyzed Supplements item, but a lot of the popular ones are all gone now :(
