E9
9g SNS Citrulline Malate
5g Now Carnosyn Beta Alanine (for convenience)
200mg Lift Mode Synephrine
50mg Liftmode Hordinine
200mg Liftmode L-Theanine
300mg Ground Caffeine Tabs.

Like Driven said, HICA is better than HMB. Also no plans atm to reformulate ergonine, its perfect as is at the moment.

What are the arguments for that? I've seen many studies on HMB increasing LBM... Dont know if HICA is backed up that much...
 
1.) I have two other drinks I chug down before it, with little timing difference

2.) I'm through most of in the first 15min of my workout.

Better? I don't know - isn't the Mero Soccer Player Study (150g Muscle/150g Fat gained over 4 weeks) the only one in humans? Lots of data coming out for 3x1g HMB-CA per day - in Athletes recently.

But to the point - yeah, don't change anything - for around $26 I get like 7 weeks of PrWO base per tub :)
 
I simply prefer it, and have been using HICA since... 2011 maybe.

Fewer studies done on it doesn't bother me, there are financial interests in the testing of HMB, it will get far more study.

The muscle preservation side of HICA is something I won't be cutting without,

Sorry my input was preference and anecdote. I have just not had the same results from HMB but will be giving it another shot. I seem to annually when people rave about it lol.
 
Down to my last scoop until my next tub comes in on Wednesday :(

Been through about 3 straight Nanaberry tubs, going with Blue Ice this time around. Will be mixing with Amino IV Watermelon.

Not sure I'll ever do flavorless honestly. I enjoy the two Ergonine flavors too much :)
 
acquired a couple e9 via trade. any word on the unflavored? for example, plain old TMG tastes like crap, do any of the other ingredients make this palatable?

Next to no taste, a few guys actually just said it is sweet naturally

(TMG shouldn't taste bad fyi, betaine hcl does for sure though)
 
I'm thinking of giving Ergonine my first run with the Ergonine + ABE deal, if ABE doesn't get on an Insider or the Bx2 site doesn't offer a better deal on Cyber Monday.

My question is, can someone give me a description of the 2 flavours so I know what to order.

I can vouch for the flavorless being just that. Really next to no flavor at all. If anything slightly sweet. Not bitter or sour at all.

Nana berry is strawberry banana. Very strong and sweet but absolutely delicious. Both flavors are very bold.

Blue ice is pretty much exactly what it sounds like- a sweet, blueberry sequel flavor. Again a very strong flavoring.

I've shifted to enjoying both in plenty of water.
Nanaberry is the favoured of the two generally,
Athletix nailed banana in this. Very rare I enjoy it in a supplement.
 
I'm not a fan of banana flavouring so Blue Ice it is. Thanks for the info guys.

Ill tell you this
Most chances are you will end up liking it. The mixed berry tops the banana flavoring (which is minor) its a great balance its not a strong banana. nor is it artifical this is athletix flavoring their products to a T
If not the trader thread someone will snag it in seconds.

Ahah alright I'll think about it. I won't mind so long as the Strawberry is much more pronounced.
 
Yes back in here: the banana is the undertone, i just enjoyed how it tasted as well

The overtone I agree is strawberry/berries
 
I like Blue Raz products so I'll do the Blue Ice.......I don't want any sort of Banana...undertones, overtones, baritones or Karl Malones.....no thanks.

if thats the case, then blue ice is def the way to go. WHile the banana isn't terribly strong, its def there.

Blue ice is amazing though too. can't go wrong with either.
 
First I need Blue Ice to be back in stock though hahaha. Hopefully by Cyber Monday when I make my decision on what to get. Thanks for all the responses though, very helpful.

I was planning, when I run out of my huge tub of Creatine Mono, and I enjoy the Ergonine+ABE, I won't re-up on the Mono and do a big bulk E9 order afterwards. If so, I may throw in one Nanaberry..............ONE.

I tossed a tub of creatine mono since I figured it would just be collecting dust now that I have Ergonine. I do hope you like the Nanaberry and appreciate you taking a chance on it :)
