Ergonine

Can I use ergonine as a preworkout? I will add some caffeine to it...but do I need to add anything else for focus etc?;)
 
You definitely could. Since it has some Hydromax you will also get a pump from it, added caffeine will provide the energy!

Since I started taking e9 every time I look into the mirror, the only word that comes up to my mind is --->>>

Ok, thanks. Any ETA on Flavorless? The flavors are wearing on me and I want to try Flavorless in some Peach Mango Great Value Energy mix. I have about a week left of E9.

It of course gets better value the more you order, but your budget is your budget, i know international shipping adds up if you order things online often at all.

To me it looks perfect as it is man, you have everything you need and even more lol

I was using clear muscle with if initially but I'm not taking it anymore and I keep improving in body composition :)

I mentioned in another thread that Athletix should make a new product with Soy lecithin/PA, HMB, ArA, COP, ALCAR, epi... It would be killer... I would buy dozens....

Just buy it separate - you can get a year's supply (3g/Day) for about $50 shipped from the UK. Probably cheaper than having 3g added to E9, and the recent research data was done with 1g 3xDay anyway.
 
^ Good option, E9 is a pretty large scoop of ingredients as it is but we welcome all suggestions and ideas!
 
HMB is great but tbh I think the reason ergonine is this popular is because it got all the basics for a very nice price, shouldnt add too expensive stuff in it, unless you want to make an ergonine v2 or smg;P

is E9.v2 in pipeline? don't get me wrong, I love E9. I still remember that day vividly.....the day when I first laid my tongue on E9. Ever since then, I've only been without E9 under 5 times.
 
Honestly for me I prefer HICA to HMB as well, which we pack a hefty dose of, and maintain our great price point.

I don't foresee changes that would make Ergonine a more expensive purchase, we like being able to offer all of these great ingredients in one place for everyone: affordably and conveniently.

Don't stop suggestions though guys, we have a thread for that as well, and we always appreciate any suggestions you may have for future releases.
 
If I were you guys, I would be more curious what the next release is ;)

That was only a suggestion. I am no formulator. I just know there are yet many good ingredients not in E9 that could be packed together in a new product. And with a direct customer approach something expensive could be made affordable.

Oh yeah they are all great ingredients, dont get me wrong...just wouldnt make a very good all-in-one imo

there is no ergonine v2 in works as far as I know, ppl are just suggesting things I guess

Guys, I train fasted, and usually I take 5g BCAA + 1 scoop AMINO IV PRE-WORKOUT and 2 scoops AMINO IV INTRAworkout...how should I incorporate E9 to my current regimen?

BTW...the only place to buy E9 is directly from athletic ?

my current weight is 173-175 lbs

Honestly it can be used any time daily, but I would suggest you use it pre or even intra workout, flavorless will mix with any of the above

Or use Nanaberry (absurdly delicious) solo another time of day

I agree ^ Unfortunately we are out of Blue Ice and Flavorless but Nanaberry is available. Probably a few more weeks until we get Blue and Flavorless back in and shipping out again.

no problem mixing flavors =) so how many scoops pre workout?? 1?

one more Q´ adding PES HV would be too much?

Just one scoop pre workout is all you need! And mixing it with HV makes for just about the best stim free pre you can do
