Ergonine

Is it ok to take ergonine at night before bed and then again in the morning preworkout? That would be 2 servings in a 24 hour period....

Took a dose of Nannaberry before Chest Day yesterday.... then got tied up on the phone/computer for like an hour. I'm a little OCD about timing (even though I know it ain't *that* big of a deal for most things) - so I had another dose with half a scoop of Vanilla Dymatize Elite XT... Man! That combo tasted pretty good, sort of like a Creamsicle variation.

I have never ever considered that. I might try that sometime with my vanilla protein when I have an off day

I too have not even thought about mixing it with some type of protein powder. Actually doesn't sound half bad though.

Been suggesting it as an option a while now ;)

Hyde did it in his log

Unflavored will work best or Nana in vanilla could be good

I'll definitely be giving this a shot. I've tried adding a scoop of Amino IV to a vanilla protein and it was tasty.

Nana in vanilla or strawberry sounds amazing... Hell, nana in just about anything would be good.

Any new flavors in the making? I still havent tried the blue ice yet. Nanaberry is nearly phenomenal. I would personally enjoy something with blueberry, orange, kiwi, and/or pineapple.

I believe the new product is priority right now before new flavors are released.

Correct, we have some new Ergo flavor ideas, but we had demand for the flavorless for stacking and then our priority has been developing the new product.

Within a year you should see 1-2 new Ergonine flavors however

Can't wait for the new product. Any hints lol

It is a product we are working very hard on, and you will enjoy it very much :)
Flavors without artificial colors would be excellent :)
We will keep that in mind! I realize it's not flavored, but the flavorless has no coloring either, and if you mix flavorless E9 with anything it mixes great w/ out affecting the taste of the other product

For anyone who may have missed, we have some Analyzed stacks back on the website, all $39.99

Those are some damn good deals on very good combos. Great heads up!

they are not all $39.99, the ergo + ABE stack is 59.99

As bayne mentioned that wouldn't fall under the analyzed sale prices as its PES. IMO that 59.99 is still a beyond reasonable price on that stack though as many retailers charge that for ABE alone.

Where can I get Ergonine in EU;p

same as everyhwere else... through the athletix site. They're the only place that sells it (and I believe have some pretty good deals on int'l shipping - especially for buying a few tubs)

No distributor but us and also through Amazon

The flat rate international is great though, plus 10% saved with my code, and tiered pricing.

athletixsports.com is all you need
Or ship to a US address for while you are there

great!!!

I always wanted to try cause its a great product, I will try during bulk season since my body with all creatines I have used always reacted badly, bloating up or similar so.... I am hoping this creatine is different and instead of putting water "outside" my muscle cells, so between skin and muscle, this time it will do the right job, putting water inside the muscle cells :P

Creatine does not put water outside your muscles cells. it is stored intra-cellular that is what creatine does. When you eat a steak you dont see the water being stored outside your cells do you? That is how creatine functions.
creatine pulls water into the actual muscle cell itself with little to no effect on subcutaneous water retention.
If anything, creatine will cause your muscles to appear harder and more defined. That is why many competitors take creatine all the way and through their bodybuilding shows or also photoshoots to help with fullness and hardness and muscles being more defined.

Not everyone does respond the same to each and every supplement on the market ^^ But that is the basic gist of how creatine is utilized and stored when ATP is transfered inside the cell.

maybe I was not clear enough, maybe it is my bad english, let me try to elaborate it again.....

what "I said" INDEED is that IN MY CASE what creatine always did (i have tried many) is putting water under my skin and making me bloated even on a strict diet, this has been tested "on myself" many times with many different creatine products.

What I really hope is that "this time" with ergonine I will be able to get the "correct benefit" therefore to put water intra cellular like all creatine should do instead of doing the opposite.

hopefully I was clear enough this time.

would you be able to suggest me a flavor please? nanaberry? is it like banana and berry? blu ice is like blueberries am i correct? :) thank you!

Nanaberry is the crowd favorite :)

It is strawberry Banana

Blue Ice isnt overly blueberry, think "blue drink" and refreshing, maybe like blue powerade

.

creatine does cause the muscles to hold on to a greater amount of water. This is because creatine is stored in the muscles and requires additional water to be held there. However, this extra water weight is entirely intra-cellular and NOT subcutaneous.

In other words, creatine drives more water directly inside of the muscle cell itself and does not cause water retention underneath the skin.

Creatine anhydrous is creatine monohydrate with the water removed. It provides slightly more creatine than creatine monohydrate on a gram-per-gram basis, but it has never been shown to be more effective. Creatine monohydrate is 88% pure creatine bound with 12% water. The amount of water difference is pretty minimal between both sources.

and that is what I am saying BUT, in my case, with my body, unfortunately it make me bloating and gives me a lot of water retention issues, as soon as I stop using it, I immediately stop having water under skin and in 2/3 days no water retention anymore. This is happening to me with all creatine I have been using till now, probably my body does not metabolize and/or assimilate the creatine like others do, we all are different and we react in a different way to different ingredients or compounds.

With Ergonine, I strongly hope this won't be the case again.

The solution posted objective scientific statements. If you are a participant of the human species, creatine only draws water into the muscle, not subcutaneous. Any subcutaneous water retention caused by creatine is all in your head

I think I am going to assume I have not read this, probably you know my body more than me so you know exactly how my body react to creatine, sorry I did not know you where me and all of you guys knows better than me what effect creatine does to me, sorry again.

also, for your reference creatine water retention could be a side effect and some ppl are affected by this, unfortunately.

said that, the objective scientific statements are correct, I said the same indeed. I am only saying that my body react differently, I am surprised to read these response to be honest...

sometimes , in the natural athletes ! Creatine can cause water retention under the skin ! especially when using low-quality creatine products.
no one can generalize by saying that it is only in his head , because the side effects of creatine are well established by scientific studies :)
