Ergonine

i can get 50 lb bags of protein for 100 beans so i picked up one bag. figured i would just start slamming protein drinks as well thru this whole cycle.
 
No real point in exceeding your protein macros though,

What are your macros right now?
 
i honestly dont even know. ( dont flame me) its pretty standard though. 6 meals a day. eggs some carb with it, shake, turkey fish or red meat and rice. shake. back and fourth all day like that. i lost 140 lbs before working out and building. and i picked a generic diet to use off the internet for bulking. im just learning about how to setup macros and such from friends and a body builder friend i know. but each meal is around 30 ish carbs/ protein is 30 to 50, sugars down at like 5 or less. its all portioned out and everything and i measure and weigh everything. then every now and then i do a cut week and drop a few lbs of fat.
 
the anabeta should help me actually get all my meals in though, im a local truck driver and sometimes im to busy loading or unloading to get some meals in and i skip them. plus its hard to carry a monster cooler around with me every where. so im still getting that situated in this company as i just changed jobs and its alot harder for me to find time to get meals in

Track your intake.
Learning to diet right supersedes any supplement.

Track an average say and see what you're at,
Monitor your progress,

Could be 180 or 300g protein

Huge difference,
You need to track.
Learn it once you're set for life
 
at about 230lbs I aim for 220-270 daily im satisfied with hitting bodyweight as that has been recommended time and time again
 
yeah im gunna log a day of my meals and i will email it to you on here and see what you say.. i know my protein isnt high enough. thats why i was going to up the protein so much... it more less is around 155 to 180 unless im home on weekends and then its up there at 300.. its all about how i can get my meals in wile i work. its kinda difficult in this job, I really appreciate your help a ton and i really need to get it down to a science and learn it good

Even when bulking and on cycle 90g over bodyweight seems a bit high. maybe 250-260 but otherwise most will just be excreted. From personal experience last summer during carb cycling I chose to go with 300+g protein/day and saw little difference compared to now using 250~ daily. its funny how people focus so much on protein when bulking but realistically its carbs and fats that end up being the ultimate decider
 
Half the time I ate my meals driving lol

And when my partner jumped out for lunch (fast food)
I just ate from my lunch bag in the truck

I know its hard on the clock with time restrictions I missed meals too

Shakes do offer the convenience factor, or even jerky or a wrap while driving
 
^^ what he said, jerky or shakes. core power shakes are really good too if you don't mind the additional carbs. those bags that 6pack carrier makes are real handy though
 
my buddy gets the metrx 51 ready to drink stuff cheap so i have like 5 cases down in the fridge ready to go for this bulk.. i also am gunna get the macros squared away before i start the cycle of it.. i dont care if i have to carry 34 coolers with me. im gunna do this right.

starting my ergonine next week, which will be one week before my xgels run :D so excited though, for real. I mean if you look at the BMI the reason America is becoming obese isn't because theres too many people getting fat, its the fact the Athletix is getting people jacked ;)
 
I Personally prefer this forum to others that focus on bodybuilding... wink wink. just because theres so many more studies, better companies, reps and products being promoted etc... instead of being told cell tech is all I need....

x-gels will be your next best friend my man. I feel like ergonine was designed specifically for that
 
haha, about the cell tech. i was told that and ran it for a year. 34 carbs in each scoop and tons of sugar. i swore by it to.. never again my 12 bottles of ergonine is amazing.
hmmm wonder if Xgels stacked with ABE and ergonine would be a good one.... :)

If you can't get enough meals in, just eat more calorically dense foods when you do... Bacon/PB ;)

xgels (Ara) is prob the best stacker for this as its synergistic with both the lohdra in the ABE and half the ingredients in e9.
 
Damn you nanaberry!!!! I too, think it smells like bubblegum once you crack open the lid! This stuff has got to be the best tasting supplement ever! This and PES alphamine are my favorite tasting supplements of all time.

But dang, I can drink this nanaberry flavor all day, every day! LOL! Gotta stock up some more on this stuff.......
 
I REALLLLLLY wanna give ABE a try... I tried original anabeta. for 8 weeks and just wasn't too too impressed, it was solid but yeah, now ABE has been revamped but its so expensive :(

Exactly. Rep orders only cover so much. I shell out of pocket and don't have a problem doing so either.
