it's perfect how it is. speaking of which my restock order is coming soon. might need some more amentomax to, need a deal with that and ergonine i cant find it anywhere lately, and would help save me from ordering all over the place haha
 
The Amento stack is all I need saved me from ordering from 2 places and the other store I was about to order off would have cost me almost 160 extra lol

I wish I noticed a difference from AmentoMax... been on it for about a month now but my progression in the gym as far as strength goes has been the same :( BUT, I still love the E9 and can't wait for the other stacks if they pop up again (e.g., F95) :)
 
I maybe wrong but I believe amentoflavone should be cycled off.. it's become a popular ingredient in a lot of sups so maybe it was in something else you used? I notice a difference first month but seems to diminish from there.

Well I used Norcodrene for 8 weeks (has some amentoflavone in it), took a week break, then starting using 2 caps AmentoMax pre-workout only on training days (5x/week). Maybe I should give it like 3 weeks off?

I've ran it for longer cycles but like every supplement I prefer to stick to the 8 weeks on 4 weeks off rotation. Even if only mental it seems to be just a bit more effective or noticeable sticking to that layout.
 
So discovered another refreshing way to enjoy E9...had some watermelon that I needed to do something with so I blended it up and then threw a scoop of Ergonine in it. So far the tastiest way to enjoy it.

What flavor did you use or was it the unflavored one? Sounds like a cool way to drink it.
 
Unflavored E9 by itself and water tastes like alcohol. It's bizarre. Tastes pretty terrible. haha wouldn't expect it to taste good though.

Just won my two tubs and if I enjoy one ill be purchasing 3 more.. especially when they pair them up for deals. now that carbs are in the 250-300 range during this recomp ill need all the help I can get. Trying to train my body to become efficient :D
 
Ergonine will surely help, studied ingredients + studied doses + formulated for a performance purpose = gains and benefits
 
So I finally got to try Nanaberry, holy cannoli! The flavor is insanely good in my honest opinion.

Stuff is super tasty and you can add a large amount of water and still have a very good taste.

Mixed with blue ice High Volume makes for one tasty pre-workout cocktail.

Yeah it took way longer then I wanted haha.

The smell upon opening put a smile on my face instantly.
 
I opted for one nanaberry and one flavorless since itll be a mix in my preworkout cocktail, excited for the nanaberry flavor though :D

Stuff seriously smells like bubble gum when you open the top and the taste is so dang refreshing IMO.
