I take it everyday both flavor are fantastic. Since i ordered 6tubs. I took it twice a day lol if im getting bored dringking water.

Pre-workout would be an optimal dose especially for betaine, LCLT which will really enhance performance + HICA
You can take this on a stim break, with a stim or an amino based product Peri-Workout which would be a great time to help for optimal performance.

Since nana is so sweet what intra's have ppl stacked with that didn't make it sickly sweet. My shaker is only so big so can't have more than 32oz lol

Get some flavorless and mix the two tubs. Either that or maybe try something in a capsule? Acute fx, amentomax, things like that. I've been doing beta alanine and amentomax for a stim free.

I use it daily, first thing in the morning and have no plans of stopping :)

Non-training days anytime really? Or would certain ingredients (e.g., LCLT or HICA) work better away from food or WITH a high carb meal etc?

I actually like the e9 nanaberry better when I add in a scoop of AminoIV CL.

On some ingredients i think its perfect: like hica, hydromax, gutamine and on others it might be overkill.... Creatine carnitine...

I do resistance training days only, as a PrWO base, which for me is 4 Days/Week. I just dose bulk Betaine/Creatine/Beta Alanine on the other 3 (Cardio) days. My progression continues using that scheme - seems like a good value/money balance.

This is actually very smart. I see some of the ingredients being more efficiently used in a pre-workout setting (like GMS or HICA), and others really not so much (such as the creatine you mentioned).

Might be a good ideae to just do training days only and use bulk powders on a few of the others (creatine, betaine, lclt possibly) on off days.
 
Most of the formula sees benefit used every day, the write up breaks down all of these effects nicely

if you want it as just a stim free pre go for it, but you're missing out IMO
 
I have a love/hate relationship with PES. I want the insider deal....but at the same time i need to stock up on Select. Poverty dollar decisions.

Just think of all the money you save on the insiders though. End up practically getting a product for free with the savings alone.

loving it, my appetite suppression is nuts right now. it started off slow and week 2 now, it's amazing i can go 7 hours without feeling the urge to eat no probelms, and food choices have been very good, have been dropping quite quickly to even though i haven't reduced my calories very drasticly yet at all, only doing 2, 400 calorie MISS Cardio sessions a week, on 2400 cals right now. down 2 last week, shooting for another 2 by sunday this week. overall i feel it's helped make me less food focused, and whenever i eat im more satisfied to. after training, i will get home and appetite will be legit 0, which i just have some Aminos and wait 3-4 hours then have a bigger meal. doing 3 meals a day for now

Damn, all these good products coming out while I'm saving for vacation :( lol. I expected no less from PES though. My cuts coming to and end though so maybe next time.
 
The LCLT will cover it - any of the salts (or a baby aspirin) will do. Isn't the HydroMax Glycerol? Does it differ from a Mono Stearate? In any case, I use Soy Lecithin granules as an emulsifier, over GMS.
