Blue Ice Ergonine + Paradise Cooler High Volume is pretty good. Kind of similar to what you mentioned with mixing with an orange pre-work out. Paradise cooler has that orange like taste but maybe a little bit stronger on the pineapple side.

I did wonder this, especially with blue frost High Volume. :)

Does anyone know if nanaberry works well with paradise cooler?

What Driven said above and a lot of people mentioning longer workouts, more sets, more reps, heavier weight, not wanting to leave, etc :)

You get all those bonuses on the very first serving too.

It works GREAT for a 110-120lb female and works just as well for a 220lb male.
My GF and I are loving every single workout more than ever before.

It is delicious. Nanaberry is too sweet for me and the PC HV does a great job of diluting it a bit while providing that refreshing tropical-ness. OTOH NB E9 + blue HV is waaayy sweet. Need to open another tub of PC HV to get through the rest of the NB E9 or open a blue E9 haha

Question... can E9 be sipped slowly intraworkout, or does it have to be consumed quickly after mixing? Sometimes I like to sip my prewo in my water bottle during a workout rather than chugging it down beforehand.

Drinking it intra is what I am doing now good way to do it

Would there be any negatives or diminishing returns if using Ergonine and other products that push's my Betaine dosage over 5-6g? Not on purpose, just crossover.

Diminishing returns, yes, you would not need additional TMG added to the amount in Ergonine.

No negatives that I can foresee, it was never studied higher than this amount though
 
I was going to add but Driven beat me to it:

I don't believe the upper limit has ever been studied, but I would imagine it would reach a threshold of effectiveness after a certain point.
It would be like taking 10g of creatine every day when 5g is about the threshold in most people
What that threshold is I don't know, but I wouldn't really be concerned with negatives or anything
 
Took a serving of E9 and mixed with some carbonated mineral water and DAMN was it good and very refreshing.
It'll be how I drink/enjoy my E9 on rest days. Really takes it to another level of tastiness.

Driven I'm not wanting Additional Betaine, Its just in another product I will be using soon and wasn't sure if it would be a negative.

Some betaine studies show 1-2g doses twice daily so I just add another 2g dose about 8 hours away from my ergonine dose

Cliffs: although the study used 2.5g per day, unless more research comes to light evaluating a dose response curve, we don't know whether a higher dose would be better/worse/neutral.
 
Any problems with this set up? Splitting up as Betaine sometime doesn't mix with me well digestively. Tried the SNS Betaine, 3 scoops, and had a few times where my stomach didn't cooperate...

Pre-Workout - 1/2 scoop E9, 2 scoops HV, 2 scoops ACG-3
Intra-Workout - 1 or 2 scoops Amino IV, 1/2 scoop E9

I believe that combining your carnitine salts actually attenuates the benefits of each one (i.e. you lose the AR activity of LCLT and the cognitive effects of ALCAR). Can't find the study at the moment (yeah, yeah).

So I'd just stick with the LCLT in Ergonine, maybe dosing some ALCAR later in the day if you'd like the mild nootropic effect. E9's LCLT is dosed well.

Agreed. Wouldn't combine Carnitine salts for that reasoning.
 
Will this be apart of upcoming PES Insider deals or anything crazy? Just curious about future pricing and plans since it is one of the few direct sale products.

I don't believe it will be a part of PES insiders. All Athletix products will be direct to customer.

We will have our own Insider sales (like with the initial launch) future pricing is planned to be where it's at right now (check out tiered prices if you haven't yet).

I don't believe there will ever be crossover between PES and Athletix on Insiders.

We do have much more coming this year so will have more Athletix Insider deals, remember to be signed up!
 
Is Amino-IV officially transitioning from the PES label to the Athletix label? Just noticing its presence on the website. I know it was rumored that open-labeling the prop blend was on the way, but I didn't hear if that meant it was transitioning brands, too.

The whole PES/Analyzed/Athletix thing is getting harder to follow. All good products, though, so worth it :D

We are working on offering a stack option on the site but getting the website to cooperate is taking a little work, so in the meantime we decided to just offer both on there for convenience.

I've been drinking my E9 before hockey recently and I'm finding my recovery time has improved. I've even gone straight from hockey to the gym a few times. Mind you my gym time and reps are reduced but it's still a possibility to do both.
 
Squatting, Benching, and Deadlifting 3x a week at high intensity and I'm still recovering just fine. I love this stuff.
