Ergonine

Looking forward to today's deadlift session and it'll be the first workout with E9 while fully carb loaded from last nights refeed. It'll be a fasted workout too.
I'm sure the PUMP will be E9IC!!!!

In my opinion, the berry flavors of the two really almost pushed out the banana flavoring, but they compliment each other quite well. I suppose the best way to describe it would be a mixed berry flavor, perhaps with a hint of banana? If you plan on taking E9 every day of the year, it may be worth thinking about mixing the two if you ever get bored of one of the two flavors, although I can't see that happening any time soon.

Oh, and I stole the glutamine/alanine combo and incorporated it into my intra-workout blend in addition to what's already in E9. I would't say that there was a significant improvement in weight lifted or reps per set, but I can say that I felt less fatigued and tired, and added a bit more volume that I was expecting to, and really didn't feel like stopping at all. Don't be surprised if more companies start using this combo in the future. Just about every supplement that I've seen up to this point either uses only glutamine, or has an insignificant amount of alanylglutamine.

Yeah I'm looking to see some hoses running threw my body shuttling nutrients and speeding up recovery.
I have a feeling it's going to be a 2hr if not 3hr session.
Only reason for the long session is my lifting will be limited next week so I'm overreaching these next few days.

E9 is a perfect example of this process and quite frankly is the best staple product I have ever seen on the market...I picked up one of each flavor have tried both and like the blue ice flavor but looooove the nanaberry. shipment finally came in. I opened the box and took my first scoop of nanaberry..so damn delicious..let the gains and recovery begin!!!!

Or do you guys think that either flavor is that much better?
I know with Alphamine I liked to mix it up btw raz-lemonade & cherry lime. To keep it funky.

I like them both, but Nanaberry is my favorite. Which is good, considering I did an 8/2 split in favor of it. I made the mistake of letting my wife try E9, too; fortunately, her favorite is the Blue Ice, but my prospect of 300 days is rapidly dwindling with each of her tastes!

Nanaberry + PC HV was very good. Fueled a great workout early this morning. :)
 
I've been going with Blue Ice E9+ Blue Frost HV + 2 caps Norco. Very solid combo. :thumbsup:

Could the additional HydroMax in E9 be causing a rapid 1-2lb weight gain? I've been using HV preworkout for 1.5 months and started E9 three days ago

If HV didn't cause it then E9 wouldn't it has less than HV.

Other things such as the creatine can have you hold some extra fluid, but in the right places typically, as extra muscle glycogen

E9 is very versatile. I'm stacking it with Myokem Magnitropin as well as ECA.

Not muscle glycogen but increased intra cellular water :D

Reviews are all up, I think Nanaberry is taking the lead but everyone s happy with Blue ice as well if that is more your taste

I should have opted to say that as intracellular fluid is the main aspect but it actually does seem to increase glycogen in studies

It does,
The muscle volumizing itself which was the original point is from the fluid shift, and creatine can help maintain this fullness

I need to try that crazy thing called sleeping. ;)

As for the original question the end result here is the same, and beneficial :)
