Ergonine Overview

I started the blue ice flavor last week. For $1/day it can't be beat. It tastes like blue powerade. It's pretty powdery, so be careful dumping it, as it can create a "cloud". I did notice even after shaking there was some white gritty stuff at the bottom. I just swirl it around and throw it back, no big deal. I'm using this daily and GAT's JetMass on training days post workout, along with ON's Hydro Whey.

I can't wait to try the Nanaberry that everyone's raving about, I got the blue ice because it was cheaper on Amazon -- next time I'll order direct! I consider a product like this a staple like a good multivitamin!

Does anyone know when the best time of the day to take this would be? I take it in the morning after waking up, first thing before my morning protein shake.

Most prefer to take it before their workout, however it can be taken at any time so in the morning is a great time.

I like to take my post or before bed for no reason at all other than enjoying a nice flavored drink

Thats kind of like asking whats the point of selling creatine hcl if creatine mono is there??

No because the study with sustamine is done on humans and the study I'm looking at for glutamine and alanine is not done in humans .

I'm not saying it's a bad product but I don't see any human studies for it.
