Ergomax LMG/Prostanozol Cycle Log

My Prostanozol should be here tomorrow so I'll get my log ready.I started the Ergomax LMG this morning before my workout. My cycle will last 4 weeks I will be taking one Ergomax in the morning and one at night. I will be taking Prostanozol 3 times a day once in the morning with the Ergomax once in the afternoon by itself and again at night with my Ergomax. I am looking to cut my bodyfat down to an even lower level as well as hopefully add around 10lbs of lbm to my frame.

I follow the carb cycling diet completely, I wont go into exacts about my diet on a daily basis unless it is asked for the outline for the diet can be found here: Invalid Link Removed. The cycle of my diet goes follows my lifting schedule, if I am lifting three days a week all three days I lift are High carb days, If I am lifting four days per week 2 of the days are high carb 2 of the days are low carb.

My lifting schedule is:
Monday: Chest and Back
Wednesday: Shoulders, traps, triceps and abs
Friday: Legs and Biceps

Or if my work schedule permits...

Monday: Chest and back
Wednesday: Shoulders traps and abs
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Biceps and Triceps

I do cardio 2-3 times per week which consists of 30-45 minute brisk walks or 30-45 minutes low intensity on a stationary bike. Other supplements I am taking are fish oil, Soya Lechithin, Polisocanol (sp?), Vitamin C, Multi- Vitamin.

I am 5'9 and estimate my bodyweight in the mid 160's to the low 170's, I dont have a scale and I don't want a scale I obsess over the numbers. I go by what the mirror says. My bodyfat is in the 7-9% range I plan on getting a caliper test done in the next few days. So by the end of this my desired outcome is bodyfat in the 5% range and bodyweight in the mid to high 170s.

I will be more than glad to go into an specifics about myself, my lifting and my diet if anyone wants. If not wish me luck!;)
 
Got my prostanozol today, it was very exciting. I had to work 6 am to 3pm today and my lunch break happened to be at 10 am and while I was home the delivery guy came. I didnt get to take my first dose with my ergomax because I had to take my ergomax at 5:15 this morning, but I'll get it caught up tonight.

I ordered 1 ultra hot as well and was planning on taking 3 pills a night for 30 days for my pct. But the bottle only has 60 in it giving me only 20 days worth. Will this suffice for pct? Should I use nolva the last ten days? This really blindsided me and I didnt buy any other pct products, but I do have nolva on hand to use as always. I might do some cardio here for a little bit, but I'm really looking forward to getting in the gym tomorrow and saturday at least the ergomax should be kicked in by then...Damn I want some carbs :sad:
 
Have you ever used the ergo before? What do you hope to gain by stacking these compounds as opposed to just the ergo? I ask because I am thinking of doing the same thing later this year.
 
I have used the Ergo before and if the Prostan works as its supposed to that is going to be a great f-in combo IMHO.
 
I guess what I'm asking is, how will it be better? More muscle gained? I put on 15-20 lbs in 3 wks with the ergo, how much more could that improve? Less water/bloat while on? I understand diet determines most of that but what are some possibilities with this stack?
 
I'm expecting greater reduction in body fat, increased hardness and vascularity as well as combating the bloat. I have never used ergomax before but I'm expecting big things. I have already noticed some big pumps from doing everyday things.

I've been thinking more and more about my pct and I was tossing around the idea of:
Nolva days 1-10:40mgs
Ultra hot 11-30:3 caps
What do you think?

I've actually been wondering about this as well... I think I'm going to base my decision based on how suppressed I feel after the cycle, but it would be nice to have someone who could provide some beneficial insight chime in

I would think that if you use the UH for the last 2 weeks of your cycle and then use the Nolva you'd be golden. Since UH mimics HCG to some degree, you may be able to bring the boys back toward the end of your cycle and then combat estrogen with Nolva during PCT.

Something like

last two weeks of cycle 3 caps
first week PCT 2 caps
second week PCT Nolva ramped at 60/40/20

I'm sure that some others will chime in here. It should be noted that I have absolutely no experience with any of these compounds so I'm just basing my opinion on what I have read here. Maybe Author or Raven will chime in for you. I'm interested in what they have to say because I have some UH and prostanozol on order.

Something of possible interest here is that due to a lack of aromatizing compounds being employed and the short period of use the level of suppression is potentially less than one would expect (there is always an exception). For this reason you may wish to use UH at 3 caps nightly for a week then drop to 2 caps per night and monitor the results based upon lean mass retention and testes response (if they are still shrinking raisins after 14 days then you should assume things are not going well.
 
Wow, I just got all giddy and excited, like a school girl when I saw Author respond and give advice in my log. Is that weird? I'll definetly give your PCT idea a try thank you again.
 
I dont want to add max in there because I want to make sure I know where my gains are coming from. And I really dont think Max could add a whole lot to my cycle. I still have some superdrol laying around and I didnt throw it in simply for that reason, I think Im covered with the ergomax and the prostan. I think people are starting to get too carried away with "stacks" and they are causing even more unneeded stress on their bodies, and the changes that happen to their bodies can never be attributed directly to something. Plus now that we are in a post ban era there are not as many products to choose from and if I burn their potential all out now, I won't have anything to play around with anymore.:lol:
 
wow, some good reasoning.

though your body will not get used to one cycle of all 3.

also you wont know where your gains are coming from since you are 1)take two supplements 2)taking a product never tested by the public before

so there is some contradictions in that reasoning but i see what youre getting at

I have had gains of 10+ pounds in 2 weeks on Ergo and it was lean. I loved it. My only problem was that I was the extremely weird individual that started to get gyno from it at 2 weeks.

And I'm the other freak in the same situation lol. Too bad, because the strength/size gains were great up to that point, and the feeling of well being, and the sex drive. Great product. I'm hoping that Author lets us know that the Elephant Max will provide the two of us with all of the desireables that came from the Ergo, minus (obviously) the two-week-titties. Keeping my fingers crossed.

It was pretty lean. I ran it at 30mg a day which in hindsight may have been unneccasary. Bloat was significant. I had gotten all of my abs for the first time before the ergo so it was even harder to see my stomach swell. That was the only side effect. Cool thing was, I kept gaining weight my first week of PCT. Went from roughly 185-200 on, then topped out at 205. I don't know what I would have kept, after like 10 days PCT, I broke my humerus arm wrestling. That was unfrigginbelievable. That was almost 2 months ago. Almost 3wks ago they put in 8 inch plate and like 9 screws. I was in the best shape of my life, BF around 10-11%, and I've just been watching my body shrink and get soft. God is good still, I still got an arm to complain about. I'll get it all back, especially with some help from ALRI. ;)
 
I will follow this log with interest, I have had thoughts of running the same. keep the updates coming through.
 
bros thanx for all that info, I greatly appreciate it. Question tho, is elephant suppose to be a replacement for ergo, and be better than ergo?

Yes and yes. It is a structural alteration of the original analog that should reduce the level of negative perceptions brought on the industry by a few in it ( I assume unintentionally), yet allows for the same results and effects. I need to get back to work but appreciate the break with all of you.
 
Yesterday after my post I only had a little time before I had to get to class so I did about 10minutes of low intensity cardio followed by 10 minutes of HIIT really hard for a minute low for a minute, just to get the blood pumping.

For breakfast this morning I had 2 big cups of oats and lots of egg whites, and some sugar free apple sauce (High carb day :rofl: ), I was really pumped up to hit the gym today I dont know if its placebo or from the ergomax and prostanozol, I've used M5aa on cycles before and I was never this pumped, M5aa just kind of made me angry. Had probably the best leg workout I've had in a while, form was dead on and I took my time through the reps. I never really even gave myself a time to get a leg pump because I used my stop watch, and timed my rest in between sets, exactly 1 minute which I was stretching the whole time. I did however feel those familiar lower back pumps. I hit legs fast and hard so the intensity wouldn't die out, I got my workout done in about 35 minutes and it was perfect. I drank my shake and ate my orange and left out of there gimping and now I feel great. Since its high carb day I'm a little more leaniant on my diet so I'll probably get a subway sandwich or something along those lines later, and I made some sugar free fat free pudding to have. Enough of this I'm gonna go lay out by the pool with my girl enjoy this Texas heat and my throbbing quads (Can't you tell I'm in a good mood?)
 
Sounds like you're responding pretty fast to it! I've been feeling somewhat more "badass" today than usual, and have been in a good mood today also. Probably placebo because I know I've got the goodies :rofl: Good luck man!

Excellent workout today! Did bis and tris the pump was insane I have never seen my arms look this big and vascular. On top of that they were extremely hard. I did forearm wrist curls and could barely make a fist afterward. Driving home was a challenge to say the least. I think my abs are looking more defined in the mirror but its probably me just looking for some kind of change. All around I feel great, sex drive is still the same as usual, I'm waiting for that wooded every minute thing to kick in.

I've been thinking of switching my diet up a little and just running a high low no kind of schedule with my carbs, and on any kind of carb day getting my butt to the gym. No carb days mean cardio. It might work out better with my work schedule because my schedule isnt set and they dont give us the next weeks schedule until wednesday of the current week. Plus now that I'm "on" I like having less muscle groups to work so I can spend that extra time on every single muscle without the risk of over training. I'm gonna go cook me up some chicken and flex at people:cheers: .
 
Sounds great! I want to do something similar except with Ergomax, Prostanozol, and Superdrol for 4 weeks. Thinking Weeks 1-2 with SD / Prostanozol then Weeks 3-4 with Ergo / Prostanozol.

I had great gains from Superdrol in my recent cycle so I know that alone will give me a few lean pounds in weeks 1-2 and I'm hoping the Ergo will do some good for me in the last two weeks. Stacked with Prostanozol I'm expecting great things. FYI, my goal is mostly to drop BF % and if I gain a few pounds of muscle thats bonus.

Woke up today feeling good, sore but good, my ass is still hurting pretty bad from my leg workout and so are my quads. Bis and tris are also pretty sensitive today. I still think my stomach has thinned out a little but my waist is holding steady at 29.5. While I'm giving waist measurements I'll give some others too..

Arms: 15 (flexed)
Chest: 38.5
Quad: 22

Those are the big 4 I really watch for changes in to see how I'm progressing. Skipped out on the cardio today because I don't think my legs could take it. Today is another no carb day, so I have hunger, crankiness, and laziness to look forward to the rest of the day. Back to the gym tomorrow for shoulders and traps, and some low carbs (160gs or so). Oh, on a final note mood swings are definetly present. I usually pride myself on having control over myself, so when I get out of control I'm well aware. Yesterday my girlfriend stepped on my pinky toe, which just got the nail torn completely off by a brick, normally I would have made a joke and walked it off, yesterday I punched a whole through my bathroom wall. There goes my security deposit:blink: .
 
Coming off of no carbs yesterday oatmeal tasted damn good this morning. Everybody keeps raving on how coffee is "bad for the lipids" but I can't help myself, breakfast isnt complete without my coffee, egg whites, and oats, and some fruit. Its about that time again, I'm gonna go mix up my postworkout shake, crank some **** up in my cd player and toss around heavy weights like they're my bitch. I'll check back in with updates of strength increases after the weights beg me to put them down.
 
Back from my workout, strength was up in a few exercises. For my lifting I usually do one heavy, compound movement exercise for lower reps and then the rest are more isolation exercises at higher reps.

Dumbell shoulder press: Last week 50x8x3 This week 50x10x3 55x7
Lateral raises: 15x15x3 up from last weeks 15x12
The rest of shoulders stayed the same

Upright rows 85x7x3 up from 80x8x3
Shrugs 65x12x3 up from 60x12x3

I definetly could have gone higher on shrugs but there was some fat stinky guy with the 70 weights, he got sweat and bo all over them and didnt wipe them down, so I passed. Great vascularity during the workout, triceps are still really sore from my workout on saturday so that held me back a little. Stomach is definetly thinning out, the little bit of fat that is left over my abs is getting gooey like, and from reading Robboe's posts on his results with melting point, it is a good thing. I'll get my girlfriends digital camera and try to get some pics. How do you get them on here? If I click the insert image button it tries to take them from a webpage, how do I take them from my desktop?

I wish I could give updates on my weight but because of my diet, there are huge fluctuations in my weight depending on what kind of day it is.

Muscles are definetly feeling harder than before(except the gooey pouch on my belly) just need some more vascularity and a little more fat loss and I'll be good. Tomorrow is at least chest day maybe chest and back. Tomorrow is also high carb day I am probably going to ingest around 400g-500g of carbs tomorrow. Crazy isnt it? I can eat that much and still be on a cutting diet. Gotta love the carb cycling.

For any of you looking for a change from the everyday oats try some of the Quaker oats weight control banana bread. 1 packet has 3g fat (.5g saturated the rest mono and poly) 29g carbs (1g sugar) and 7g protein. That 1g of sugar sucks but I figure if I would have added whey or anything to the oats I would have gotten that sugar somehow. Probably not the best to eat all the time, but for a damn good treat give it a shot. I'm done for now. Ill update tomorrow morning with how I'm looking.
 
I couldn't get onto the board for some reason this morning I just kept gettting a cannot find server error thing. I was looking pretty lean this morning though.

My workout got fucked by some dickhead who wanted to give me a lesson on cable crossovers. I had my head phones on was concentrating and this blubbery asshole interrupts me in the MIDDLE of my set to try and tell me that I'm doing them wrong. I pull the cables from a little bit above my shoulders bend my elbows about 30 degrees and pull in an arc movement. And the douche bag was trying to tell me to pretty much do them like standing flyes. If I wanted to do flyes I would have fucking done flyes. It took up time fucked up my flow and my concentration and rest time between sets. I didnt have a whole lot to do for chest but it ruined my back workout because I was so pissed and couldnt get my concentration back. If I needed help I would have asked for help. I'm gonna ço do some pushups and try to calm down.

:rofl: Sounds like this fat fucker at my gym... Sunuvabitch is big but like 250 if I had to guess, and like 27%. I swear every single decent looking chic that comes in, he has to stop them and correct them and show them how to PROPERLY do the goddamn exercise they're working on. Then he waddles over to his BB curls with 45's on them, and arches his back like a goddamn camel for every rep. It's the most poposterous thing I've ever seen in my 22 years...

This is to be expected after the way I ate yesterday, the real fat burning happens on no carb days like today. Had to work early again today so I'm pretty tired, only cardio I got in today was about 20 minutes of shadowboxing, not real long but a good workout. I havent been able to get in as much cardio as I would have liked so far, but I'm not real concerned because the Carb cycling article says to not any at all. I added some K-R-ALA to my supplements today to help control my blood sugar, I can really see it assisting me on a diet like this. I gotta work early again tomorrow but you better believe I'm not skipping out on my bis and tris workout. And Friday is just around the corner where I'm gonna have a REAL cheat meal, I've been dying to get a few of those new taco bell portable things, and some fresh baked cookies, it will be nice.:thumbsup:

Dude, when I read the above I started crying because I felt so bad for you. Ok no I didn't, just joking bro. But seriously, if you "only" look a little fuller/thicker from one day to the next, JESUS CHRIST the **** must be unreal. I'd be thrilled with that result no question.

I'm running on 4 hours sleep, worked 6-3 today, came home just pounded a diet rockstar energy drink took some k rala and now I'm out to the gym with hatebreed in my cd player and my improved PWO shake (made with oats not maltodextrin) looking lean as hell today, I'll update with how my workout goes.

those rockstar drinks work for you? For me all they do is make me jittery.
 
It did make me pretty jittery come to think about it, I also took one of those sample packets of neurostim because I had a feeling I would crash halfway through my workout. Workout was sick, I love working bis and tris on the same day my arms feel so swole. Had crazy pumps and mad vascularity going on as well as the hardness I love, if I could only stay like this. Unfortuneatly I couldn't do a lot of the same exercises I did last week because the gym was PACKED, I had to do frickin seated hammer curls on a hammer strength machine because all the benches and such were taken. I dont like going at that time because everybody and their mom that is just getting off work goes then, but I had no choice but to go. Strength was up in the few exercises I did get to repeat from last week. At the end of my bicep workout I do reverse curls with a bench bar normally I could only get out 7 or 8 today I got 10 for 3 sets. Hammer Curls I was getting 14 reps with 15lb this week I got 16 reps with 15 pounds. (I know my workouts sound kind of strange I start with heavy sets around 8 reps, then move to lighter weight and higer reps and then back to lower reps, it works good for me).

Like I said earlier I am looking pretty lean today my delts are more defined and my abs are the way I want them when I flex, but I dont want to have to flex to have them the way I want them. So far I'm just over a week in, and definetly like where this cycle is going, and from what I hear around 10 days is when they really start to kick in, I'm definetly looking forward to it.
