I am experiencing some bloat in my belly too, I'm attributing it to the lare level of androgenicity (if that is a word) inthe ergomax. I'm hoping this stint on superdrol will diuretic me.(:think: )

Superdrol did the same thing to my gut bro... Felt like I was pregnant, and most certainly hindered my gains, as I couldn't force myself to eat enough feeling like such a fat ass all the time.. Come round PCT though I lost all the bloat and was like 3-4% bodyfat less from all the cardio I did to try and lose the damn gut while on cycle... It's really really hard for me to distinguish between fat (subcutaneous or visceral) and water.... Plays mindgames with me... I guess the thing to realize is that if you haven't increased your food intake much then chances are it's not gonna be fat, as most PHs can actually allow you to eat more and still remain lean.

I found the opposite to be true. SD gave me some bloat, ergomax was harder and drier-more androgenic.

What is your heart rate when performing an incline walk on treadmill? If your goal is purely fat loss with minimal muscle catabolism, this will work fine. If you are seeking improved cardiovascular function/performance, I think you would need something more intense. Loki has written a great two-part article on sprinting in Mind and Muscle, which can be found at the Avant Labs site.

Back on track today after a well needed weekend of binging. Had to help my girlfriend move today from the 3rd floor or one aparment to the third floor of another, no elevators. Needless to say I got plenty of cardio today, weighted cardio if that makes a difference. I'm going to try to keep things on the no carb side of things for the next week and a half, I've been cutting pretty much in preparation of my upcoming trip to my girlfriends lake house, for her annual family reunion and I am determined to be shredded. Now with it being less than two weeks away it is crunch time. I am going to cut back the intensity of my lifting and my pwo shake is being reduced to 2 cups skim milk with a scoop of whey, other than that lots of protein and plenty of good fats. Daily 30-45 minute cardio sessions. I'm freaking out a little because I should have been better prepared and at a better point by now, but I'm not so I'll deal with it the best I can. If there is anyone out there with any tips on how to drop 4-5lbs quick let me know. I think what has killed me is instant oatmeal (no not the sugary kind) just the processed quick kind. My girl was on the carb cycling diet with me and neither of us saw good results so she got all into the south beach diet and ****, in the book there is all kinds of tearing apart of instant oatmeal and how it will make you fat and hungry, an how it kicks the gi up quite a bit. So from now on old fashioned for this guy, others learn from my mistakes and avoid the instant ****. Anyway I'm not sure how interested y'all are gonna be in my log since I'm going all flakey, but its my log and I'll keep updating if I want to, haha!:lol:
 
On another note the pumps from superdrol blow the pumps from ergomax away. With ergomax I never really noticed pumps outside the gym and I work a physical job carrying out treadmills and basketball hoops and ****. Today moving boxing and walking up the stairs my arms and calves got blown up, as well as my lower back, my back got so bad I was all hunched over and had to sit down and stretch it out. Just a comparison for all you curious ones out there.
 
Third and final note (maybe). Libido is up. With ergomax my libido was steady of even slightly lowered now being back on superdrol or maybe just off the ergomax my libido is up quite a bit. My balls however are the size of a three year olds.
 
Hey NGE, great log bro. I wish most of the others were like this. Thanks for the effort put into it. I would suggest adding in UH, if you have any, at this point. 5 pounds will easily come off in a week if you stick to no-carb/cardio, however, you will be flattened out. Whenever I've gone the no-carb route, I always used CEE/CM and it helped tremendously at keeping my muscles full and strength up. It might be worth a shot although I bet many will tell you not to because SD has diuretic effects. Personally, I would do it. At the very least, we'll have a reference point and it won't cause you to lose gains. If anything, you'll stay where you are, but I doubt that. Also, I would make sure to eat about 2 grams of protein per lb of BW. Sounds like alot but not much more than what Author recommends. Hope this helps.
 
u need to get some Taurine, because your lower back is going to get worse, a friend of mine didnt take taurine and he called me one day and said if he could get up off the floor he would come over and kick my ass for trying to kill him, by suggesting superdrol, it was funny to me, I was already taking taurine, I gave him some and it helped after about 3-4
days, something u might want to think about, good log keep it rollin......
 
Right now I got one bottle of UH I was saving it for PCT, I need another bottle hopefully Ultra Hotter will come out on time. I've got plenty of CEE on hand I'll throw that in the mix to help keep me from flattening. I'll def keep the protein at 2gs per pound. I forgot about the taurine I've got tons left over from my previous superdrol cycles and from clen, I gotta throw it back in before I become quasimoto. Didnt get the gym again today had more moving to do, only a woman would save and make me move months of back issues of Us weekly and cosmopolitan. I've started cooking my chicken breasts with I cant beleive its not butter spray, if youve never tried it before give it a shot, it keeps them nice and juicy and really accentuates the flavor..That was my gay moment for the day. I'm gonna go take a nap.

Some people feel that Taurine will cancel out the effect of CM. There was a thread started a while back about what supps not to stack. Anyways, you would probably be better off dosing these 2 products at different times of the day. Maybe take one before bed and the other in the morning.

Taurine will counter some of the benefits. Have a few hours between the two.

Yes that wes the conclusion, just space out a few hours the taurine from CM.
 
Amazing workout today, one of those workouts that reminds you why you love doing it so much. I'm not sure if it is the superdrol kicking in or if its the prostanozol (I have been real picky about taking it with plenty of fats now), or if my body was just primed because I took some time off dieting and lifting, but my pumps were way more intense then they were on the ergomax, strength was up considerably. I used to have a tough time getting 8 reps out with 70lb dbs for db bench today I got 10 reps no problem. I ran superdrol last time in February with 4AD so its been a while and I cant remember specifically if I feel the same way, regardless I feel great!
 
Alright, had shoulders and traps workout today strength up here as well, barbell upright rows went from 85x8 to 85x10, si the exercise that sticks out most in my head. Followed my workout with 25 minutes of walking. I also think I am looking leaner today than I have the past few days, nothing huge stomach a little flatter with a little more definition. It blows me away to think about the point I was with my body a month and a half ago, I am almost a different person.
