Erase Pro

I'd rather not. I get up for work at 5am and work till about 7 or 8 pm.. Friday thru Sunday.. My job is in a quality control Lab and it requires me to be 100% focused the entire tine. (everything has to be absolutely perfect). By the time I leave i'm mentally exhausted.. I'd have a ****ty training session and also a ****ty day at work the next day due to lack of sleep...

Well an update, muscles are looking round and full and i'm beginning to lean out. Took dextrose out of my post workout shake to speed up the leaning out.. Trained chest today, started out with barbell flat (usually never do, due to it tweaks my shoulders).. Felt great though, hit 225x8, 275x5,3, 250x7...best part was I had absolutely no shoulder pain..
Update on the stack, muscles are Fuller and harder, pumps are getting sick

Dang, i feel it man. I think your layout looks pretty good then, hitting the major groups while you're the most rested.

Bench press is looking solid.

getting near the end of week two. three off days (fri sat sun) for work, noticed some more "fullness" than usual during work today after anabeta cap two..
somewhat near the "food pump" my brother was talking about.. Definitely feeling bigger, looking fuller and starting to lean out more!

So had three days off. I'm noticing every morning I'm waking up full, muscles are harder than usual. Like I said, still slowly leaning out, a tad dryer. Not cutting too crazy or anything just cleaning up a few things here and there and definitely noticing being dryer as well.

just finished my 36 hour workweek, three twelves..
Ate some steak and mashed potatoes, gonna do some foam rollin. Gotta get ready to SQUAT tomorrow

Not the best, but then again not too shabby. Followed that up with one giant set on the legpress working up in sets of 8, 1pps,3pps,5pps,6pps,7pps down to 5 down to 3x18...
went to use the hax squat next and some dumbass mother****er was on it, with a TEN POUND PLATE ON EACH SIDE.. WTF!?!? Kind of pissed me off, but i let the ***** finish his wasted time before jumping on.. three sets: one ascending set, one straight set, one drop set, as follows. 1px10->2px10... 2p+25x12... 2p+25x10->2px10->1px12 partials supersetted with one set of leg extensions.. (the ...'s seperate sets)
finished off with some sldls 135x10... 185x10... 185x10

didnt really think it was the best leg session but i am cramping up now that i am home hours later.

i definitely am noticing the hunger increases.. Normally at work I wouldn't get to eat for 3.5 hours ( I can take my breaks when i want to, just as long as its convient).. But saturday and sunday i could not wait another minute past the three hour mark to eat.. i was STARVING

Today was a good day friends. I did some box deadlifts.. The bar starting at about 2-3inches below the knees.. Pulling felt GREAT. 315x5, 405x4, 455x3, 475x2, 500x1. The 500 was not the smoothest.. (my hams / glutes / hips are sore from squatting yesterday, so my hip drive is kind of weak).. And i ended up pulling that bitch up with my back... It was an ugly pull, but I got it up to lockout, and it felt AWESOME.
Back day is my favorite day of the week by far.. Next i hit 3 sets of smith machine BB deadstop rows (yes smith machine).. the pump in my lats was retarted.. I've never done this movement before but it is one recomended by john meadows himself, so i had to try it- LOVED it..
Next i hit some bodyweight pullups, 4 sets, and then 3 sets of cable closegrip rows... 2 sets of scapula rows (chest supported) and 2 sets of DB shrugs..
After i got back from the gym I had a WONDERFUL surprise waiting for me-- My INZER BELT HAS ARRIVED!! yaaaaaaaaaaaay!
To top it off, my two free bottles of AT2 also arrived! props PES, that was pretty damn quick you got them out.
cannot wait to add AT2 into the stack, moreso I cannot wait to start squatting / pulling with my new belt.

update on the stack- getting awesome pumps in the gym, muscles feel full now even 2.5 hours after leaving the gym..
leaner than i was then when i started-- i'd just like to be leaner (without having to sacrifice much strength) so i'm going to continue to cut up s l o w l y... but regardless i'm happy with how i look- drier and tighter. (happy, but not satisfied.. never am.)

Carbless breakfast? Try eggs man I have 8 eggs (about 4 grams of carbs, but are bound to protein and saturated fats so it almost negates the effect) with a Whey shake in the morning and AT2 works for me quite nicely.

Just take it 30 mins before your breakfast and you are good.

Wake up, take AT2, take a piss, walk your dog, shower, eat breakfast

Carbless breakfast year round here bro. Steak and eggs, eggs, just steak, chicken with a small amount of almonds, etc.

You can still eat carbs for breakfast when taking AT2, its best to just have them at least 30 minutes after you dose.
 
been taking AT2 lately.. I think it has helped w/ my focus / energy throughout the (work) day.. Honestly I've felt a really clean smooth focus, no crash no jitters.

Squats went well today besides the fact that I had to squat in a ****ty commercial power rack as opposed to the mono.. Did some straight barbell with 50lbs of chain per side.. Ended up hitting 330 x 5, 365 x 5, 395x3, 405x3, 425x1.. Those were my bar weights plus the hundred pounds of chains.. (the weight at the top, they obviously deload at the bottom, not all the way but a significant amount)
 
well just an update, trained back tuesday, chest wed (hit 100lb incline db x7, 110x5) PR... Hit arms today, went pretty light (15 reps) on most movements, and my pump was RETARTEDDDDDDDDDDD. My arms were so ****in swollen i don't think theyve ever looked so big. I wish i could have taken a pic... ooh well.

I am WARM.. I believe my body temp is up a few notches because I am literally ALWAYS hot..
Muscle fullness just keeps getting better.. My arms are rediculously hard, chest is getting harder, splits in my legs are becoming more pronounced.. (has to be the drying effect of erase, because my legs ALWAYS hold water)
Abs are getting sharper by the day, three low carb days during work this weekend aught to do the trick.. (unfortunately my bro ordered pizza last night, and well.. let's just say i had a few slices.. Oh well back to the grind.

Have I mentioned, As of the last two weeks or so, I haven't had anything but AWESOME training sessions?
Everymorning, riding to the gym with my brother, listening to bassnectar on the system.. I can't get myself more pumped up than that!! (that's before i take my LITUP preworkout too)...

Literally have this feeling of just being ****ing badass, as I'm driving there. I can't explain it.. Somewhat the type of "alpha" feeling you might describe, but more focus, and less anger. Aggression towards the weights is up, but still my friendly usual self towards people..

this stack is sick, i love it... I have about 4 days left on the ABE and I'm about to crack open the next bottle (and probably run the third bottle) back to back.. after my EP is out i have regular erase, and after my LITUP is out- well i have some intimidate... :head::head::head:

well done, bro. sounds like you're having fun. I have been researching these PES supps the last week and am sold. I have used intimidate before; simply amazing. I am going to stack it with some erase pro and ABE. I'm going to throw in cell tech as well (I think). if the ABE increases glycogen storage liken they say, then this could be rather potent. Especially with my 2 hr. workoutsX5 days week (that includes cardio). my body should just suck it up pw. Have you been losing weight, maintaining, or gaining? You sound drier, but what's the scale saying?
 
Just saying, so dont bite my head off, but when i was on my daa and formadrolx cycle I was told u should take a break, time on equals time off on anything that affects hormones. if thats not the case what am i doing taking a break from daa and formadrolx? that stuff was great, atm im trying to find a new combo to start up july 15th and stumbled upon your thread

Yeah with anything time off should be equal to time on.. I've done daa once before this and that was over half a year ago..

Oh and about the weight I'd day ice lost a few pounds, but I have adjusted my diet to do that.. Best part is full muscles sander increasing strength while losing weight.. Mind you I'm not cutting really hard, just slightly below maintenance.. I'll post pictures at the end of the run, maybe even do a shot after one bottle.

Yeah...but there is something about it, man. I bought a tub of that years ago and was getting thick and strong as hell. Couldn't keep buying due to finances. Finances are not an issue anymore. And all those other little ingredients in there with the burning sensation down your throat as you guzzled it PW. It forced growth bro. All I know is Intimidate made me hungrier than a lion that hasn't ate in a week. So these new additions should make for a calorie burning furnace. Very excited about this stack. May start it/log it next week with pics too.

Squatted this morning. Saftey Squat bar to a LOW box, had about 140lbs in chains at the top.. Worked my way up to ~340 x four sets of 5.. (roughly 205 bar weight plus 140lb in chains)
4 sets seated leg curl, 3 sets hax, one giant set on legpress, three sets of GHR with a 2x4 underneath the back base end.

tried to stand up getting out of the car on the way home, both quads cramped up, i nearly fell over..

Into the second bottle of ABE, Have erase original for the next round + intimidate.. (one week into this, havent started intimidate though, have some LITUP left still)
Seeing better splits in my legs / dryness all around, especially my midsection..

Nice bro. I had a solid surf and turf and potatoes saturday night AND a few beers. Woke up dry. Erase pro really is in a class by itself.
 
Calling all Erase pro experts , a quick query, which I am not sure if has been answered before but just thought I will get a fresh opinion,

I am running Erase Pro + Lean Xtreme + Alpha T2 (The later two are staples, though I cycle off them every 8 weeks for 2 weeks).

However 1 EP a day has pretty much smothered my Libido. The missus keeps thinking I am getting some on the side now, because I am completely knackered when I get home Thursday Evening. However I aint getting any on the side, (12+ hours of work everyday, topped off with a light run/cardio and some weights at the hotel I stay at is all I do.....Awesome and happening life I know).

The last time I had this issue, I got off Erase after 5 weeks, and 2-3 weeks later I was fine. My diet/lifestyle has not changed, neither do I smoke/drink.

Can anyone plz advise?

Thanks Rodja, Is there something specifically I am doing wrong here? I am just curious as to why that would happen. I have never tried Erase, have mostly been on fat burners (LX/R-XT /DCP+ AT2/AlphaBurn + ShredMatrix/Man Scorch and some DAA every now and then.

I have run Erase Pro however with the combo of LX and AT2 only.

This happens to some people, AIs can put estrogen too low killing libido. Lowering the dose normally fixes the problem, unfortunately one pill of EP is already at a high dose

Do you think switching to Erase would help. My goal is not really to build muscle though (cliched term I know but I am looking to turn myself into one of those <160lbs kinds if possible), I am looking to get back in shape for Soccer. In my bid to lose weight (245 November ->158 this morning) though with the above mentioned stack, I have lost a lot of Libido.

Apologies if I have kind of hijacked the thread. My friend who does not travel all the time like I do, however loves Erase Pro if that is worth anything.

It should, 3 erase = 1 EP so try 1 or 2 erase/day.
 
You could try 2 original Erase, or just switch to every other day with Erase Pro. I would switch to EOD.

Just a thought, I have been dosing erase OG for a little over a week now, at 3x daily. I am waking up SO dry. Much dryer than i had been on EP, not really sure why??

I have noticed though when i originally started the stack, my libido was up, but after a few weeks of the AI it has decreased (slightly).. Nothing to be worried about, but I do have a new girly hanging around... So, I'm planning on dropping the erase to 2x daily and see if that helps..
 
Lowering the dose should help...but you could also add in some DAA and it will help as well.

The extra dryness is probably more of a change in your actual hormone levels right now vs previously. You may have less estrogen to go around. DAA would also help with this, as increased T will try to produce more E

Actually saw a head bodybuilding judge today at the gym (he lives across the state) and he was checkin my arms out, told me i looked great, and had a bright future in bodybuilding..

I actually had a question about the dosing of intimidate.
When I was taking LITUP, I would only use it preworkout (monday-thurs).. But I took my last scoop of it today, wednesday.
When I take intimidate, it is 1/ night every night, not only training days right?

I actually had a question about the dosing of intimidate.
When I was taking LITUP, I would only use it preworkout (monday-thurs).. But I took my last scoop of it today, wednesday.
When I take intimidate, it is 1/ night every night, not only training days right?


Dude what! That wouldve made my YEAR!
 
update of this weeks training.. Hit legs monday, started w/ my usual, lying calves, into cambered bar chain squats.. worked up to 205+(80~90lbs of chain @ top) x 8, 7, then 245 (+80~90chain@top) x 6,6,5
Did a few sets of hax, one giant pyramid of legpress, finsihed up with GHR and BBSLDLs
Felt awesome, really figuring out my squatting/ fixing my arch.

chest / delts yesterday::
started w/ something nonconventional 4x50rep reverse chest fly (targeting rear delts) ~30sec rest.
Did 10 sets of db incline working up to my 6-8th set being 90lbx6,6,5..
some decline hammerstrength presses (with black monster mini elite fts bands) three sets of 6 with an ascending and descending set.. finished chest w/ db cg incline 3x6-8 ss db inc fly 3x12 (oh the puuump)
then a little bit of delt work:: 3x6-8 seated machine press (dont like hitting heavy db presses if i've already done chest work)
and leaning low pulley laterals 3x15 with an ascending set and the third set having added partials.

hit arms today:
4x db supinating curl ss barbell french press
4 x db xbody hamer (one drop set) ss ez bar skulls (ss kettleball skulls last two sets)
4x fat bar curls (3sec negs) ss 4x vbar high pulley pressdown

then my finisher
rope extension ss db kickbacks three sets
and
preacher curl ss barbell reverse curl three sets

little forearm work, some calf work too
 
Just hit arms today, pump was rediculous.. Side note:: Getting stronger, noticably stronger- even though I'm cutting..
