Erase/DopaDex question

Currently stacking Erase and DopaDex. I'm taking 3 Erase morning/evening/night.

When is the best time to take DopaDex? And is it cool to take them together at the same time?

I'm on an old phone, I can't use advanced search :\

Sure you can take them together. Some people like dopadex pre-bed. Others feel it stimulates them. Try and see what works for you

I can take it pre bed without issues.

Cyrus is correct, some people find it disturbs sleep.

For DopaDex, I do 1 cap three times a day. 1 cap in the AM, 1 cap pre-workout, and one cap a few hours post-workout.

I take 3 caps at once in the mornings after breakfast. Not sure if it's recommended to take it like that but I used to take it prior to bed but noticed my sleeping pattern was a little off so I changed it and notice a difference.
