Erase and estrogen

I'm a bit confused. Erase is being touted on the boards as an estrogen blocker. If I understand correctly erase is simlpy 7-oxo-DHEA. Which is basically a cortisol blocker. I have never heard of 7-oxo as an estrogen blocker other then it can lower testosterone which in turn will also lower estrogen. Can you provide references?
