Erase/AlphaT2/Titanium Dosing & Agmatine

Hey guys, two questions. Just want to make sure I got this correct as far as doing


Erase - 1 morning w/ breakfast & 1 before bed
Titanium - Same as above
AlphaT2- 30 minutes before breakfast then late afternoon, (6-8 hours later) and without food.

Also as far as agmatine products go, anybody had any positive experiences with Hemavol or Protocol?
 
Your dosing seems fine by me for all three of your products. I'm running Erase and Titanium now, but at a larger dose (3 Erase (2AM/1PM) and 3 Titanium (2AM/1PM)). I've also used T2 at 3/day with solid results. It's all in what dose you find effective for yourself.

Also, have you used any of these products individually yet? I would encourage doing that just so you can see how you react to each product before you go stacking and find yourself unable to know which product is responsible for what. Of course, that is just a word of advice.
 
How many AT2 are you using before breakfast and in the afternoon?

Start your dose low, 1 cap 1-2 times per day

Then work up to 2 caps in the AM 1 in the PM if you tolerate it well, which most do
 
2 per day is plenty.

You could go 3 per day if you want. Either take 2 in the AM or take the extra one pre-workout. Youll sweat your ass off though so youve been warned!
