Epistane ?

i bought a bottle of epistane i plan on using in april and on the bottle it says 20mg but all the posts i have read on it say its 10mg.. any ideas? thanks
 
1 cap = 10mg , 1 dose = 2 caps = 20mg.

It is a little confusing with the wording the way it is.
