week 1 EPI 20mg ZOL 100mg
week 2 EPI 30mg ZOL 150mg
week 3 EPI 30mg ZOL 200mg
week 4 EPI 40mg ZOL 200mg

(the ZOL is coming from a bottle of prostan & mega that i still have, i have seen good feed back from furazadrol but didnt want to waste the bottles already in my cabinet)
1. is running it at these dosages for this length OK?
taking cycle support twice a day with some extra taurine (5-6g) also taking fish oil & seamin with meals
2. 30 min carido in the AM on an empty stomach. supplenment 8-10g BCAA, 2g acetyl L-carnitine, 1 g L-Tyrosine, 2.5 yohimbine HCL, before cardio session. after session i have 1 scoop of whey in water w/ 5g of glutamine to hold me while i take a shower then 2 lean turkey patties on whole wheat bun & 2 slices of fat free cheese.
3. daily calorie intake is about 3100 calories.
pro - 360g carbs - 280g fat - 70g
(toying with the idea of 5 days at this then having 2 low carbs days of 100-125g then back up to 280g)
4. after my workouts i walk on the treadmill for 15-20 min. cardio/cool down. i take 8-10 BCAA before jumping on the machine. afterwhich i intake 400mg ALA, 5g glutamine, 40g of whey 25g of maltodextrin & cup of applesauce (20g of carbs).
5. i am dropping my creatine usage, my caffeine usage, and my tribulus usage. saving for post cycle therapy. BUTneed input on whether to keep taking my ZMA, arginine, & GABA at bedtime.
6. post cycle therapy will have nolva, wk1-40mg, wk2-40mg, wk3-20mg, wk4-20mg. rebound reloaded, fenugeek, cycle support.
if am missing anything or over doing anything, and feedback will be appreicated. thanks in advance.
