Epistane R3action

I see where you are dosing it at 48mg for the last 3 weeks. Is that considered a large dose of EPI or are you being cautious?

Ending between 40 and 50 is common, I have a bottle of 10mg and 12mg. So 48 makes best use of what I have on hand. From the reading I have done I rarely saw anyone go over 50 and haven't seen anyone go over 60.

Ok thanks for the info. I've never delved into the methyls at all because of my age and past liver abuse. Lol Can't wait to see how you respond.

Hopefully I respond on the earlier side of the spectrum. I'm anxious to see the results.

Thanks for the invite fuker!

What's new, Hussycat? Whoa, oh oh ooooh!

Took the day off today to sleep in. we have a three day weekend and I needed to adjust my sleep schedule to make the most of it. Back at it tomorrow after fishing for leg day. Going to try squats again on the smith machine. Hope that during this run I can graduate to doing them with free weight but they still scare me a little bit.

Cute kid brother! How did YOU make that? Must take after her mom :p

Looks like quality daddy daughter time to me!!

Sorry guys I've been a little busy.

Dude that fish is as big as her!!

Heck yeah, fish was 29 inches. The "official" length for a wall hanger is 30 inches. Still a trophy to me but this one went in our bellies.

When I brought it home she asked "you bring me a fish daddy" when she saw it she got super excited and rubbed her belly "yummy!". Can't wait for the kids to be big enough to hunt and fish.

She's a beauty!! The fish is pretty cool too.

Definitely have some back pumps going on. Its been as busy day. Started this morning at 5am for arm day (didn't get a chance to jot my numbers down) but strength is still normal. Ran to the river to get some fishing in. Built a chicken coop for my wives grandmother and painted my wives raised garden beds. Not sure if these back pumps are just from me being exhausted or if its going to be a constant issue.

You did get taurine didn't you? I would take it daily if I were you.

Week 2:
Bumping up to 40mg, sides have been light so far. Hitting a very light chest day in the morning.

Alright chest day went about as good as expected considering my limitations.

Flat Bench:
165x14 195x10 195x10 195x8

Decline:
195x8 195x8 195x8

Pec Deck:
110x14 190x10 210x10

Incline DB:
55x12 65x8

Vertical Chest Press:
170x12 190x10 210x8

Elliptical:
20 minutes 307 Calories.

I feel like I'm going to stay at these low weights until everything with my shoulder is resolved. I really hate the fact that I am losing strength in my chest but I just can't hit the higher numbers anymore. Loading that joint really grinds my gears. Avoiding doing any chest exercises for a few months made things much worse but doing these low impact lifts really helps with mobility and keeps the pain down.

Have you thought about dropping the weights even more and taking the rep ranges up into the 20s? You would be amazed at the damage you can do by this.

High reps low recovery time?

Nice work on chest Nate. You know what really grinds my gears?

In on this bro. I was absolutely wrong, you are one cool mother fukker! Keep killing it big dog

Todays goal:
Leg press 400x30

You got that in the bag. That epi should be hitting soon. I remember the first few "on" workouts. Gets to the point where you have to force yourself to leave the gym.
