Epistane Pulse Question

I was working out of state over the winter and really let things slide. I was hoping to do a 3-4 week strength program pulsing epi. I googled the forums and didnt really find the answer i was looking for. Do I NEED a serm ( I didnt think so) but some people seem to think its mandatory regardless of how benign the cycle or compound is. I know some PCT would be in order but is a SERM overkill?

serm good to have on hand but not NEEDED. but everyone is different and it is recomended to have a serm on hand for if you develop problems, than maybe your one of those people who do "need" it.

Aye, thanks for the thoughts dont spose anyone could point me at a informed discussion of the matter? I could'nt seem to find a discussion that didnt devolve into name calling and bland generalities.

Not exactly sure what your asking here. I would be happy to help if I can

I'm having a hard time finding a thoughtful look at pulsing pct. Everything I've found so far has essentially been either "SERM only ever FTW" or "Man up and do a three month halodrol, superdrol, test ethan, phera stack cycle then letro, clomid nolva PCT". SERMs are great 4 cycles imo like decompression is good for scuba diving, but that doesn't lead to decompression is necessary for dipping ones feet in the kiddie pool. What I spose I'm looking for is something that looks at the actuality of pulsing versus ed as opposed to the anecdotal.

Most will say the results of a pulse are not as effective as a 4 weeks ED of Epi. With that being said a lot of people pulse Epi 3 days a week for 8 weeks. Less sides with a pulse and a SERM should not be needed. Gain probably better on a 4 week ED run but I would run a low dose SERM after that.
