EPISTANE PCT

33 years old, 6 feet tall, 190lbs

Iam 4 days into PCT for a 30/40/40/50/50/60 Epi cycle.

This is my planned PCT and what I have been doing for the first 4 days:

Nolva:20/20/10/10
DAA: 6/6/6/6/6/6/6/6
Erase:3/3/3/3/2/2/1/1
Cycle Assist: I have enough for a few weeks of PCT

Any changes, additions or subtraction suggestions would be much appreciated.

I would run the Nolva 5 weeks, that is a pretty big cycle. Besides that, everything looks good!

4 weeks of nolva is fine, looks good man epi at 6 weeks isnt THAT long man, i run 16 weeks of test and bounce back in 4 weeks of nolva so...
