Epistane PCT

First I would like to say I have searched many, many times and come up with so many different scenarios on what to take, how much to take, and all that crap that you hear. So, here is what I am doing for sure.

I am running Epistane 20,30,30,40 for the next four weeks.
PCT will be Nolva 40,40,20,20 along with the milk thistle, liver care, etc...

Sound good? Is that enough for PCT with the Nolva to reverse the shut down or should I add in something like Inhibit E or something along those lines as well. I hear the shut down isn't too bad, however I feel Nolva is the best choice.

Nolva is your best bet. I would also run AI's cycle support proir to and during cycle. 1 scoop in the am and 1 scoop in the pm for liver protection and BP control. You could also run something like Lean extreme to control cortisol the second week of PC.

I'm getting some support to add in my PCT. How about adding a test booster in there as well. Since the SERM will keep my estrogen levels low, wouldn't hurt right?
 
You want cyle support before and during cycle, not after.
You could run a test booster if you wish.

Isn't advisable to run Cycle support during PCT? I have read that nolva is liver toxic.
 
your nolva mite be a tad to high. maybe go 40/20/20/20 also adding in a test booster is fine. Some mite say to run clomid and to add arimidex every other day. Arimidex will prevent estrogen not kill it completly. thus rebound wont be such a bad issue, but this is a relativly low cycle.

Well either way, 40,40,20,20 or 40,20,20,20, the results should be good I'd imagine. Should I take either all 40 or 20 at the same times or spread them out throughout the day? Maybe in the morning and take my natural test booster at night?
