I have Epi and Mest on hand but am contemplating adding in a "trest" base. Main concerns are dry joints from the Epi/Mest.
If adding in Trest, will run it low because I am prone to gyno sides. -Will also have an AI on hand. Formeron?
Do you guys think the Trest is necessary? This will be used as a recomp cycle with my focus on strength gains.
Heres what I am looking at:
Celtic Labs (CL) Epi 50/50/50/50/50/50 (my sweet spot)
CL Mest 140/140/140/140/140/140
if added CL Trest 30/30/30/30/30/30
Nolva: 20 20 10 10
+ staple PCT OTC supps and Formeron
My original thoughts were to add Mest to either Epi or Halo to help combat lethargic and libido sides, adding Trest seems like it may be overkill but I would like your opinions.
I do not compete but do train similar to how I used to, biggest differences is having a full time job so less time is invested
