Epistane Cycle - First Time

What's up everyone? I decided to do my first "cycle" ever of some Epistane. I look forward to potentially leaning out with a recomp/mild cut and reducing some pubertal gyno. For career reasons, I don't want to order anything illegal, and Epi seemed to be the best legal option. I've checked out posts here and elsewhere, but wanted to post my cycle plan just to make sure I'm not forgetting anything.

I take 2 Opti-Men Multis, 5000 iu Vitamin D3, and 2 NOW Ultra Omega 3s every day and plan to continue that throughout my cycle.

My plan:
1 week pre-cycle: Iron Labs Cycle Support and Liv.52
Week 1: RPN Havoc (Epistane) 20 mg, IL Cycle Support, Liv. 52
Week 2: Epistane 30 mg, IL Cycle Support, Liv. 52
Week 3: Epistane 40 mg, IL Cycle Support, Liv. 52
Week 4: Epistane 40 mg, IL Cycle Support, Liv. 52
Week 5: Toremifene Citrate 90 mg, IL Cycle Support, IL PCT Xtreme, Liv. 52
Week 6: Toremifene Citrate 60 mg, IL Cycle Support, IL PCT Xtreme, Liv. 52
Week 7: Toremifene Citrate 30 mg, IL Cycle Support, IL PCT Xtreme, Liv. 52
Week 8: Toremifene Citrate 30 mg, IL Cycle Support, IL PCT Xtreme, Liv. 52

I now realize that Anabolic Innovations is the more popular brand of "Cycle Support", but they seem to be similar and I already ordered a few bottles of the Iron Labs one. It's non-returnable, so I think I'll just stick with IL unless people have something really negative to say.

BTW my stats are:
5'10"
190 lbs
25 years old
unsure of body fat %, I would estimate around 15%
Lifting for about 4 years

Week 2: Epistane 40 mg, Stanodrol 600 mg, IL Cycle Support, Liv. 52
Week 3: Epistane 40 mg, Stanodrol 600 mg, IL Cycle Support, Liv. 52
Week 4: Epistane 40 mg, Stanodrol 600 mg, IL Cycle Support, Liv. 52
Week 5: Epistane 40 mg, Stanodrol 600 mg, IL Cycle Support, Liv. 52

First, I'd say that you'll be much happier running 6 weeks. For me, it didn't even fully kick in until week 3. Also, I'd skip that week at 20 and start week 1 right at 40 and go up from there...you won't regret it. I closed my last week at 90 and still had really no sides to speak of.

On that note though, the lethargy is sure to kick in somewhere in there. I added Stano at 800 and moved up from there. Made the lethargy a non-factor and had me feeling outstanding.

I'll let others comment on pct and such, but you have a SERM, so that's much better than most I've seen post here. Good on ya for doing your research.

Thanks for the quick and informative response! I tried to research as best I could and have been on the fence for a while, so I felt I was ready to take the plunge.

I was considering doing day 1 @ 10 mg, day 2 @ 20 mg, day 3 @ 30 mg, and then riding the rest out at 40 mg. I'm a little afraid to go above that on my first run.

As for extending the cycle, I was planning on keeping it to 4 weeks to limit any shutdown/lethargy. The Stano preventing that is interesting-- I'll have to research it more. I assume you mean Stanodrol btw? And just to clarify, are you suggesting taking the Stano throughout all 6 weeks?

No need to take 10mg one day and move up like that. It was my first run as well. I found a dose and just went for it. I found once that "ON" feeling hit, the plans for dosages and such went out the window and I was swinging for the fences lol.

To me, a 4wk solo Epi run would have been a waste. That's just me though.

And I mean Stano-200. It was a HUGE help with any sides the Epi was going to give. Stano, Trest, dermacrine, etc, were suggested, but I chose the Stano because it didn't aromatise and it kept things very simple for a first cycle.
 
As suggested I would start out at 30-40mg. Honestly though IMO if you run it at that dose and feel good after two weeks you could run your whole cycle there. I've ran it several times an never ran above 60mg/day. Never had a reason to. I do suggest running at least 5 weeks.
 
Based on the advice so far, I'm going to order another bottle of Epi so I have the option of going for 6 weeks, and also pick up a bottle of Stanodrol (Stano Shred seems to be a good brand as far as I can tell). I really want to avoid the lethargy as I am prone to it naturally and will be back in law school when I start my stack-- reading and participating in class is already boring enough without feeling lethargic.

Thanks for the tip. Just to be clear, you're saying 8 pills/day of the IL Cycle Support?

Since I'll be doubling the amount of IL Cycle Support, I needed to order another bottle, and so instead I ordered the more acclaimed CEL Cycle Assist.
