epistane and female athletes

I would probably say no, since it has anti-e properties, resembles DHT in structure, and things like that. Then again I don't really recommend any anabolics for women lol.
 
What would you recommend for a female athlete then. My gf is preparing for police academy and needs a little something extra to boost her strength. She is a former boxer, her diet is good and her workout routine is good also. Is there anything you can suggest?

Oratropin-1 and Hexatropin would be fine for her to use :)

The cleanest androgen in females is Superdrol, big time. Interestingly, DHEA seems to be one of the most virilizing, even more so that potent methyls like fluoxymesterone. I have lots of personal insight in this area and have advised many women.
 
So what would you recommend for a female athlete preparing to go to police academy. She is a former boxer but is having problems raising her uppper body strength. She trains 4-5 days a weeks and loves doing cardio. She is just frustrated with her progress and I have never put a woman on anything other than creatine. She is currently taking amino acids, creatine, glutamine, daily vitamin and also supplements her diet with protein shakes. Would appreciate any insight you can provide. Thanks
 
I would suggest low dose superdrol (10mg/d) at least initially. The endurance is excellent is it will suit her cardio well I believe. Plus the strength is good. Is she on any type of hormone therapy or birth control, any meds at all that may interact other than dietary supps?

Tell her start at 10mg/d SD if she elects to do it, and be on the watch for skipping her next period. Many times, it will just make it lighter or she'll lose a day or two from it, which they never complain about and I wouldn't either. :) It is variable from woman to woman but 80% of woman would be able to maintain their cycle with a low dose, weak androgen. If she becomes pregnant, she should abandon endocrine therapy all together IMO and have the status of that evaluated before she resumes anything. It is unlikely that SD would foster pregnancy, but it could emulate the effect of progesterone in the second half of her phase IF she was already pregnant. That just means it acts to safeguard the initial pregnancy and has no detrimental effect in this time frame. Higher doses of very strong androgens can actually do the opposite and promote abortion.
 
that seems kinda a high dose for a woman to be taking SD there were some guys who were getting decent gains at 10mg

It's not. One of the cleanest actually. Of course, I have more observation in women with endo and gyno disorders than healthy female athletes, but they all seem to react predictably unpredictably, if you know what I mean. ;)

A few things hold true for all women though, like the fact that ATD makes them nymphos in a matter of days! It affects most guys just the opposite though.
