I'm about to do a 4 week Epistane/3-ad cycle with the following dosing (I also have all of the necessary staples):
Week 1: 20 mg Epi
Week 2: 30 mg Epi/4 Caps 3-ad
Week 3: 30 mg Epi/4 Caps 3-ad
Week 4: 40 mg Epi/4 Caps 3-ad
I've been reading tons of posts and research with so many different opinions on the PCT for Epistane, saying its too mild for nolva and to go with reversitol or just plain and simple to stick with nolva. PCT for 3-ad does not seem to have to include nolva, so this is what I've come up with:
Week 1: 20 mg Nolvadex/50 mg IBE Formex
Week 2: 20 mg Nolvadex/50 mg IBE Formex
Week 3: 10 mg Nolvadex/25 mg IBE Formex
Week 4: 10 mg Nolvadex/25 mg IBE Formex
I'm not so sure about the formex though, I've been reading a lot about it and it does seem to potentially have very significant use during PCT. Not sure if it should be replaced though. I'm also still debating whether I should add in anything for cortisol control or a SHBG binder. Any suggestions?
I asked something similar to this in the IBE board page and was suggested to use Formex, but I want some non-biased and non-rep members suggestions.
Thanks
