epidrol cycle....help

Hello,
I bought epidrol and want to start a pulse cycle.

Forgive my poor English...I'm from Belgium.

Can any one help me with the cycle.

I never used such things.

My stats are : 92 kg , 1.80 m. 15 % bodyfat (aprox.)
Age : 45 years...(oh so old....)

Do I need to take also other supplements.

I still have at house : one bottle of Jungle warfare , one bottle off Bam, one botlle off Novedex xt , half a botlle hyperdrol , have a bottle mass fx.

For the moment I am taking supercharge from Labrada.

I don't make any more progress......the age I think.

I workout four days a week:
Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday

So 5 foot 4 inches tall. About 200 pounds? Some where around there?

The only reason i would do a pulse, after much research, is if you want to stay on for a longer amount of time.

I would say that most of the time, even if you pulse, you are goin to need a SERM like tamoxifen citrate, or something along those lines.

So my advice would be week 1-4 30mgs every day. 1 morning 2 before workout. Along with milk thistle and a complete multi vitamin. Maybe some glucosamine condroitin if your joints hurt.

then week 4-8 Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) 40/30/20/10mgs

I am also of the belief that 10mgs could be dosed everyday for week 8-12, taking a higher dose if you feel anything pop up.

All research into gyno reduction is done over the span of months to treat a growth, hence why people see "rebound" gyno. Its regular gyno your body just took that long to be pissed off at you fro messing with its hormones.

I did an epi pulse and was very happy with the results.

I have kept all my gains, strength etc.

weeks 1 - 8
Epi 20mg on workout days
POST Cycle Support on NON workout days 2 caps AM 2 caps PM
Cycle Support every day 1 scoop AM 1 scoop PM

Weeks 9 - 12
POST Cycle Support every day 2 caps AM, 2 caps PM
Cycle Support every day 1 scoop AM, 1 scoop PM
