Looking for a few guys to log our Epicatechin TD!

183020

Epichaos contains Epicatechin; a potent antioxidant which occurs naturally in many foods, such as cocoa and tea.
Epicatechin naturally promotes a more fit and athletic appearance by limiting the effects of "Myostatin;" a substance produced naturally in the body that can decrease muscle tone. Myostatin levels increase as we age, leading to a 'softer' appearance. Conversely, Follistatin is protein produced naturally by the human body and is at higher levels when we're younger. Epicatechin enhances the toning effects of your body's natural follistatin helping to promote a more fit and healthy appearance. True to form, our Epicatechin is 98% pure, not a watered down extract or blend.*

PRODUCT INGREDIENTS
Isopropyl Alcohol, Miglyol 810, Miglyol 812, Polysorbate 80, Epicatechin, Aloe Leaf Juice, Propylene Glycol, Ethyl Alcohol, Benzyl Alcohol, Essential Oils of: Eucalyptus Leaf, Orange Peel and Peppermint Leaf, Phenoxyethanol, Ascorbic Acid.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Suggested application is 5-10 sprays to the upper body 1-2 times per day. Best if used on clean, dry skin with minimal hair. Ideal application sites include chest, clavicle, shoulders and upper arms. Apex Alchemy’s unique formulation incorporates self-occluding technology to create a protective barrier over the application zone in order to prevent product rub-off. Please speak with a physician before using any of our products or cosmetics. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.

Aaaaaand GO!

I’d be interested, never done a log for anyone on here so it’d be my first one.
Been thinking about trying this supplement for some time but just didn’t know enough about it or many brands.

I would love to log this! I've tried numerous different oral Epi products but have never tried a TD before so this is perfect for me! I believe I respond well to Epi and I was actually going to buy this exact product.

I am on a cut for another month. This would be a great addition to my last month squeeze. Have tried Follidrone, which is an Epi product and had great results during my recomp.

Follow up:
Here's a past log of mine, got back into training last month after not lifting for about 5 years.

Age is 43, around 240 at 2% bf (guessing).

Doing a full body split EOD now; mostly Oly lifts with only isolation lifts being biceps (vanity and all) and sprint work 2x a week.

Kcals at 1800-2000 per day. Syntha 6 shakes (put in oatmeal pre/post lifting) and a small low carb meal before bed.

Cutting/recomping for the next few months, I have no problem giving detailed feedback as the log below will show. Log a;lso has my training history, supplement, AAS and PH usage history etc, in first post.

I remember using 2 bottles Olympus Labs Ep1c Transdermal and it was decent. I felt like the oral Epicatechin products helped me out with endurance quite a bit and I've used just about every major Epi product on the market. However, I always liked the idea of transdermal epicatechin. I'm curious how this compares to the others.

*20%

It was a typo, not 2%.

Yeah, leanest I've ever been was around 10%...striations on my pecs, man boobs gone, vascularity in abs. That was pretty sweet.

Just did a search, lowest bf confirmed is some dude Helmet Strebel.

Lowest bf on a female is here....and damn, this woman imo, does not look remotely attractive.

How many mg's oral epicatechin does this TD equate to?
I honestly don't have the appropriate human data to break it down into that kind of calculation.

I can tell you I tried to dose the TD such that people could dose 150mg per day affordably. I believe that's similar to oral dosing so ideally people can try the dose they use in an oral product through TD delivery and see a greater benefit.

I'm looking forward to running this! My nutrition and training is dialed in and I'm already at a relatively low body fat% so I should really be able to gauge how effective this product is.
